Jeho ženě Marině je to ale trapné, a bezdomovce, který se představuje jako Borgman, pustí dovnitř. A tak to celé začne. Nejen, že se Borgman z vily už nehne, ale ještě si na pomoc zavolá své přátele v čele s dost radikální Ilonkou. Vila a její obyvatelé se rychle mění k nepoznání a řada mrtvol s hlavami zabetonovanými v kýblech v nedalekém jezeře se nebezpečně rozrůstá. Příběh filmu Borgman je krutý, přímočarý a optimální pro milovníky černého humoru. Jenže kromě toho pokládá i řadu otázek a nechává divákům prostor, aby si ho přebrali po svém. V mnohém připomene postupy české nové vlny, v mnohem zas ironická a přesná severská dramata.
