Loved itThis film is very different from the first two. It was a bit jarring at first, but the way the story came together in the end was perfect. Jamie Lee Curtis and everyone involved did an amazing job, and David Gordon Greene took some very bold creative swings that really worked for me. Is it a perfect movie, no it isn’t. But overall, a fantastic end to a fantastic trilogy..Score: 4/5

Outstanding Christine-oween Finale!Carpenter’s best score, and great choices for songs for a soundtrack. As for the movie itself, I loved the change of pace with creating something a bit different. The love story between Corey and Allyson felt real, albeit a bit rushed (the novelization fleshes this out better) and was a very special part of the DGG trilogy imo. The Frank and Laurie storyline is also quite special. I watched the movie for the tenth time last night, and it still feels fresh and thoroughly enjoyable. As a life-long Halloween series fan, I am more the pleased with this finale. Long live Corey Cunningham. 🎃.Score: 5/5

Fantastic, if you open your mindThis film at first feels disjointed from the rest of the trilogy (and the original), but is actually SO layered and stays true to the original’s themes than any sequel before it. It may not be the film several wanted, but it truly feels like the end of a ripple effect that started with the 1978 film. Every single thing that transpires is because of what Michael Myers has done, and his essence is felt throughout its entirety, despite his lack of physical appearances. The ending is also a great sendoff for Jamie Lee Curtis and Laurie Strode..Score: 5/5

Better than people say it is!Okay, the reason for negative reviews is mostly because Michael Myers is barely in the film and I understand the frustration, given that it’s a Halloween film and the final chapter…However, I was very entertained throughout the film and found myself very engaged in the story! Terrible ending to a classicThis movie was billed as the Ali VS Frazier of horror movies and sadly it did not deliver in any way. Introducing a new character when the story is ending DIDNT make much sense nor did the way that “Michael” was killed.
