Following a bizarre accident, a six year old girl and her four year old brother wake up to discover all the doors and windows inside of their house have vanished. All phones are dead and the cable is out. Their father (sole custodial parent) is also missing. After a night sleeping in the walled up house, odd things begin to happen. Things go missing. Odd sounds emanate from upstairs. Lights turn off by themselves. After a while it becomes clear that something is watching over them.
Two children wake up in the middle of the night to find their father is missing, and all the windows and doors in their home have vanished.

Up to youThis movie being good or bad is heavily up to your interpretation of it. The low fidelity visual and auditory choices that went into production really show how little you’re supposed to be getting as a viewer. The big complaint is that nothing happens this whole movie, but that’s honestly the point, you’re getting half of everything. Half the dialogue isn’t clear, half the shots you can’t clearly see what’s happening, you get the other half by trying to make sense of it all. It’s your imagination and thoughts playing off this ambiguity, making the movie frightening. Don’t get me wrong, the movie is plenty unsettling on its own, but you really will feel like a kid again when you think you see something in the dark but you’re not sure..Score: 5/5
Micro budget masterpieceThe fantasia of horror films: essentially an audio/visual experience designed to scare. Don’t come expecting character arcs and plotted scenes, that’s not what this is attempting. Taken as is, this is a terrific and terrifying slice of somnambulated horror..Score: 5/5
Mixed feelingsThis move created a very creepy atmosphere, but had some major flaws. For one, we maybe see the actors for like 5-6minutes of the whole film. It would’ve made me feel more connected to the characters if we saw more of them (granted you see little bits of them here & there). Secondly, the ending deserved better it just left me feeling unsatisfied with the film. The shots they took were great at making the viewer unsettled, especially if you watch it alone at night with the volume high. Don’t expect this to be a normal horror movie, it’s more of a sensory horror movie if anything. Still though, the creepy atmosphere they created was better than what other modern horror movies try to accomplish. 4/5.Score: 4/5
