John Kramer (Tobin Bell) is back. The most chilling installment of the Saw franchise yet explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw’s most personal game. Set between the events of Saw I and II, a sick and desperate John travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, John returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through a series of ingenious and terrifying traps.

Lack of creativityThis movie is terrible. You don’t feel bad for anyone or root for anyone. The killing scenes are straight up wild when it comes to making it look real. There was this one scene towards the end where this chick cut open someone’s body and used her intestines as a rope to pull a cart towards her that had a phone. One of the best instalments imoLoved the saw series but this one was perfect got more John Kramer then usual and it made me love John even more then I already did, the story was fresh and enjoyable tho my one complaint is cecelia the (c u next Tuesday) didn’t get her just comeuppance.. I just wish we got to see Cecilia get reversed beartrapped or something as gruesome cause she got out fairly easy.. Now I just hope John and Amanda left her there to rot, also was half expecting Amanda to just outright kill (impossible trap) her since that was her M.O in saw’s 2-4.Ldw9357Score: 5/5

What a rideI was squirming in my seat watching these traps unfold. A superb cast filled with both scream king and queens, and one can’t point out the amazing performance Tobin Bell puts on as the infamous John Kramer (Jigsaw). The gore and graphic attention to detail is noted for this instalment - it’s very, very brutal and prolongs the pain where it can. The writing makes up for that because this turn around, things are tongue in cheek and that gives us a perspective we haven’t seen. This new perspective can be pitch black hilarious.
