Toy Story Description

Set in a world where toys have a life of their own when people are not present, Toy Story takes moviegoers on a fantastic fun-filled journey, viewed mostly through the eyes of two rival toys - Woody (Tom Hanks), a pull-string talking cowboy, and Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen), a superhero space action-figure. The comically-mismatched duo eventually learn to put aside their differences when circumstances separate them from their owner, Andy, and they find themselves on a hilarious adventure-filled mission where the only way they can survive is to form an uneasy alliance. Toy Story was the first full-length motion picture to be created entirely through the use of computer animation.

Toy Story Toons is a short series based on the Toy Story franchise. The series of shorts take place after the events of Toy Story 3. The first episode, Hawaiian Vacation, was released with the theatrical release of Cars 2. A second episode titled Small Fry was shown with the theatrical release of The Muppets. The third episode, Partysaurus Rex, was released with the theatrical 3D release of Finding Nemo. Two more shorts are in development, with one of them being released in Spring 2013. All the episodes are planned to be aired on Disney Channel. Also, two television specials are planned for October 2013 and Spring 2014. The one being released in October 2013 will be a Halloween special and is called Toy Story of Terror.

Toy Story Movie Reviews

  • Toy story

This movie follows the story of toys who come to life, only when their owner is not present. It follows Woody, a toy who is greatly loved by his owner, Andy. On Andy’s birthday, he receives a new toy, Buzz light year. Hilarity ensueswhen woody tries to show Buzz light year that he is not a real toy. But, they discover that true friendship is what really matters. You should definitely watch this movie
  • This Movie Is Trash!

This Movie Is Very Overrated! The Animation Is Garbage! The Characters Are Annoying, and The Story Is Overused! What A Waist Of Time.

Great movie but why is the HD price so high. I would have thought the price for the HD version would not cost so much.

  • Great film!

I love this movie, I like how Toys can talk in this film! Toy Story is known to be one of the first cartoon movies to be all done on computers, and it's made by Pixar. Tom Hanks and Tim Allen rock in this movie! I like the cool feeling of Woody and Buzz Lighter as the main characters! First, they have a bad friendship where they are fighting and calling each other names, then later on, they start to have a really good friendship. Great job, Pixar, and John Lasseter!
