So Many Things To Say...Wow.. this movie is everything I had not imagined it to be. Rented it thinking... it was featured at the Apple keynote in which the Apple TV premiered so it must really excel in terms of content. I was WRONG. Not only was the story-line as streamlined as a semi and cheesy transitions apparent (such as in the end, Zoolander stops a throwing star by "turning left" ) but also, the ratings were WAYYY off, coming in at PG. This movie should be rated R with it's frequent use of vulgar language, rather umm... different humor and many other parts that would make this movie inappropriate. The only thing I can credit it for is at times, coincidental use of humor portrayed by idiocy. I am really quite disappointed in this. Families thinking about watching this may want to reconsider, and yes I am actually in the targeted age range, that I believe this film is inappropriate to be administered to. Český Zákulisí módních přehlídek to je svět sám o sobě, plný originálních osobností i velice bizarních postaviček. A právě v něm se, jako ryba ve vodě, pohybuje Derek Zoolander. Třikrát za sebou byl prohlášen Modelem roku a tak přivykl záři reflektorů, bleskům fotoaparátů a myšlence, že je prostě neodolatelný a "cool". I ve svém soukromí se pohybuje stále jako na molu. Někdy takové legrácky zaplatí životem jeho kámoši (to když si právě zapálili u benzinové pumpy, kde po sobě předtím vesele stříkali pohonnými hmotami), ale život jde dál a je tak fantastický a úžasný. Ovšem až do chvíle, kdy se módní jedničkou stane Hansel, podivný chlap navlečený do hadích kůží. Je třeba začít znovu a lépe. Jenže jak? A právě tehdy se o Dereka začnou znovu ucházet mocní z módních kruhů a objekt jejich zájmu netuší, že důvodem je jeho téměř naprostá absence mozkové aktivity.

Slovenčina Zákulisie módnych šou je svet plný originálnych osobností i a bizarných postavičiek. A práve v ňom sa, ako ryba vo vode, pohybuje Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller). Trikrát za sebou vyhral cenu Model roku. Zvykol na žiar reflektorov, blesky fotoaparátov a na myšlienku, že je jednoducho neodolateľný a "cool". Aj vo svojom súkromí sa pohybuje stále ako na móle. Jeho život je "fantastický a úžasný" až do chvíle, keď sa novou módnou jednotkou stane Hansel, podivný chlap navlečený do hadích koží. Derekov svet je v troskách. Teraz musí začať od znova. Ale ako? A práve vtedy sa o Dereka začnú znovu uchádzať mocní z módnych kruhov a objekt ich záujmu netuší, že dôvodom je takmer úplná absencia jeho mozgovej aktivity. A je to práve Hansel a všadeprítomná novinárka Matylda, kto zachráni Dereka, ale i svet (nie ten módny) pred blížiacou sa katastrofou.
