In Martha's Vineyard, Mass., conjoined twins Walt and Bob Tenor make the best of their handicap by being the fastest grill cooks in town. Deutsch Bob und Walt sind Brüder, aber wie siamesische Zwillinge, denn sie sind am Rücken zusammengewachsen und medizienisch unzertrennlich. Beide haben die gleichen Hobbies und die gleichen Vorstellungen vom Leben. Walt treibt es aber schließlich nach Hollywood, um Karriere beim Film zu machen, denn eigentlich ist sein größter Traum ein großer Star am Schauspiel-Himmel zu werden. In Los Angeles angekommen, ergeben sich aber langsam kleine Spannungen unter den Brüdern, da Bob viel zu gestresst ist vom Leben in Hollywood. Das ändert sich auch nicht, als plötzlich seine Internet-Bekanntschaft April auftaucht. Als Walt dann noch für eine TV-Show mit Cher gecastet wird, die der ganz große Renner wird, ist die einstige Harmonie zwischen den beiden endgültig vorbei. Denn der Starrummel verändert jeden....
