ShanKeen - Comfort FoodI am a movieaholic and this movie is one of my comfort food films - I could watch it any day it is light, dreamy, Sean Patrick Flanery is at his hottest and Sarah is so girl next door. Some movies aren't meant to be classics they are just meant to give you a warm feeling of happiness and this succeeds tenfold!

Der Hammerhai - Fun for FoodiesIf you're a foodie, you'll appreciate this film that integrates cooking into a romantic comedy. Is it perfect? No. It's a good, mindless watch. Sean Patrick Flanery is good, low fat eye candy.

I have to agree this move was a borer i wouldn't watch it again. So if you want to watch it I would rent it instead of buying it it would be a waste of money. in my opinion .

I could barely keep my eyes open during this movie, despite being initially attracted by the appealing trailer and synopsis. If you're looking for an interesting chick-flick to curl up and watch by yourself or with girlfriends, I suggest you look elsewhere.

SMG is adorable as usual and Sean Patrick Flannery is guilty pleasure. Can't believe he is the same actor from the Boondock Saints and Powder! Totally under rated talent.

peppermintbarcardi - Sweet, like cookiesOne of the films that actually shows New York replete with the twin towers, this film is from a different era: no swear words, no gratuitous nudity, but constant craving and divine food.... People who don't pay attention to cinematography won't notice the effort put into framing visuals that are pleasing to the eye, but to people who care about these things: ahhhhhh. Why be ordinary when you can be extraordinary?

BahHumbug - Really badI saw this movie. It was so cheesy. Very predictable, but not in a good way. Even predictable movies can be fun and enjoyable even if you know where they're going with it. But this movie was just ridiculous.
Kimbahley - Such a waste of time!I saw this one night on TV and 85% of the way through I couldn't bear it any longer. To give an example of its absurdity, that crab in the trailer is actually a character in the movie. Now, I'm pretty flexible when it comes to the silly-premise romantic flicks. For example, I actually really like "13 Going on 30". However, this is so bad that only audiences under the age of 12 could possibly appreciate it. Still to this day I don't know if it was supposed to be funny or not. Either way it is what we call an 'epic' fail.

PaulO213 - load of toshNeither lead particularly good and little chemistry between them; supporting cast full of promising names, but under-performs; poor screenplay; unbelievably poor kitchen hygiene and technique - if the main thrust of the film is cooking and restaurants, surely the cast should have researched and practised basic kitchen skills.
emz d 1905 - great romantic filmi love this film and have been looking everywhere for a R2 copy so thanks itunes. the film is predictable (you can guess the end wihout watching it) but theres something about it that makes you want to re-watch it. its sweet, theres good acting and funny moments. a great girls night in movie.
