Rock out with Jack Black in the feel-good comedy that became a Broadway musical sensation. Jack Black plays a hell-raising guitarist, kicked out of his band and desperate for work. Fired from his band and hard up for cash, guitarist and vocalist Dewey Finn finagles his way into a job as a fifth-grade substitute teacher at a private school, where he secretly begins teaching his students the finer points of rock 'n' roll. The school's hard-nosed principal is rightly suspicious of Finn's activities. But Finn's roommate remains in the dark about what he's doing.

A movie like no other!What is there to say about School Of Rock? That it is priceless, assembles great actors, and puts a great plot. Jack Black is the best actor living, Joan Cusack puts a great performance as well, White aimed very high with the writing, and made it hilarious. And the fact that Miranda Cosgrove made her film debut in this movie as a band manager takes the cake. It was also hilarious when Black’s character says he had a hangover.
This movie is for everyone, even though it’s rated PG-13, but that’s really only for language, so not worth not having your 12 year old, 11, or even 10 year old kid even watch this movie.
