Anton is a cheerful but exceedingly non-ambitious 17-year-old stoner who lives to stay buzzed, watch TV, and moon over Molly, the beautiful girl who lives next door. However, it turns out that the old cliché about idle hands being the devil's playground has a kernel of truth after all.

Deutsch Eine böse Macht bemächtigt sich der rechten Hand von Anton, die sonst nur daran gewöhnt ist, Joints zu drehen. Přesto jim to zrovna příliš dobře nemyslí, uvědomí si, že za vraždy by mohl být zodpovědný Anton. Nebo lépe řečeno, jeho pravá ruka, která se rozhodla žít vlastním životem a projevily se u ní značně morbidní sklony. A tak místo aby Anton trávil den jako ty předchozí se zapálenou cigaretou, puštěnou televizí a snech o Molly, musí se pustit do boje se svou vraždící rukou, která hodlá v v zabíjení pokračovat, ať už se Antonovi líbí nebo ne.
