When second-graders Bryce and Juli first meet, Juli knows it's love. Bryce isn't so sure. Beginning that day, and for the next six years, young Bryce (Callan McAuliffe) does everything he can to keep his outspoken wannabe girlfriend at arm's length...which isn't easy since they go to the same school and live across the street from each other. Smart, dreamy, independent and willing to stand up for what she believes in, Juli (Madeline Carroll) is different from anyone else he knows and, frankly, it's a little overwhelming. Though disappointed by Bryce's unwillingness to see things her way, or even to see the things in life she finds most meaningful, Juli continues to give her potential dreamboat the benefit of the doubt. Until those doubts stack up so high that she finally thinks maybe she was wrong about him. It's just about the same time Bryce starts to think maybe he was wrong about her, too. But is he too late?
When Juli meets Bryce in the second grade, she knows it's true love. After spending six years trying to convince Bryce the same, she's ready to give up - until he starts to reconsider.

I can't write a content reviewI can't write a content review because the "HD" video randomly goes blank while the audio continues to play, displaying a message that HD content will only play on displays that support HDCP. I'm calling BS on that. I've got nearly a hundred HD TV shows and movies in my collection that have worked for years on my Mac mini (os 10.12.6) hooked to a Sanyo HD TV. I did just install an iTunes patch (12.7.1.4) so maybe there's a(mother) bug in iTunes, or may the movie file has a defect. I had issues with TV shows earlier this year that were the same, but without the HD message. I'll review this movie again when Apple fixes the problem..Score: 1/5

💬This movie was okay, thought it would be better though. It reminded me of groundhog’s day- watching the same scene 3 different ways. First the initial scene, then “his”narrative opinion and also “hers”. [Constantly.] Kind of irritating. I was able to read their facial expressions to figure out their feelings so the narrative portion of the movie felt unnecessary to me..Score: 3/5
