TerribleThis movie starts out really promising and the slowly descends into a puddle of nonsense. They never really gave us a reason to sympathize with Michelle Williams' character and the choices she makes. She just comes off selfish and flighty in the end. There are also some insanely inexplicable and gratuitous sex scenes towards the end that make the whole thing even more confusing. This is definitely one of the worst movies I have ever seen..Score: 1/5
Save your money, Rotten Tomatoes is way off on this oneDespite its engaging leads, this movie was terrible and we stopped watching 30 minutes in. It was slow, VERY SLOW, and none of the characters were likeable. There was nothing compelling about this story and the directing and script did little to engage viewers or advance the story. Steer clear of this one and save your $10 for something else..Score: 1/5
DepressedNeeded to pop some Elavil after this one…… I don't agree that this was a 1 star film because the actors were great.Probably a little too close to reality for me to stomach….but it is worth a watch.Score: 4/5
Began and ended in humiliationWell, just like the title.. It's not a romantic movie but a story about a poor man met a right woman at a wrong time. This also made me wonder why so many people use ' I just don't wanna hurt someone ' as an excuse to cover their immature emotions.. The end is a little provoking to me and I kept thinking who on earth wrote this script....Score: 2/5
EngrossingYou could jump off a seaside cliff and drown in the story of this movie, I don't know how anyone could not feel any emotion from it, it's heart breaking. The story could potentially leave a bad taste in your mouth, but the beautiful lighting, acting and cinematography make it enjoyable regardless if you can relate to the story or not..Score: 4/5
