Dodging speeding cars, crazed cabbies and eight million cranky pedestrians is all in a day's work for Wilee (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), the best of New York's agile and aggressive bicycle messengers. It takes a special breed to ride the fixie - super lightweight, single-gear bikes with no brakes and riders who are equal part skilled cyclists and nutcases who risk becoming a smear on the pavement every time they head into traffic. But a guy who's used to putting his life on the line is about to get more than even he is used to when his last envelope of the day - a routine "premium rush" run - turns into a life or death chase through the streets of Manhattan. Also starring Michael Shannon, Dania Ramirez and Jamie Chung.

In Manhattan, a bike messenger picks up an envelope that attracts the interest of a dirty cop, who pursues the cyclist throughout the city.

Moderately DecentI honestly just wanted to watch the movie because of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, but this movie overall kind of let me down. Is -10 stars not an option?This is truly one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my 26 years of life. I regret wasting 2 entire hours of my life and spending hard earned money on seeing this movie. It is cheesy, painfully predictable, ridiculous in a non-clever way, and horribly acted. Really, really, badThe acting in this is almost as bad as the writing, whoever cast the cop should not be in enterainment. I think the only person who would overlook the fact that this is a terrible show is someone who loves cycling.
