Absolutely Loved!As a movie, its GOOD and I love who played lena and ethan, it was the right balance of humor and chemistry!! but yes if you read the books there is a lot they leave out and you'll probably hate the movie. I personally went into this movie and enjoyed it. Its what made me read the books and yes I was like "oh why couldn't they have done this different!?". But in the end, the movie and book are different and I enjoyed the movie separate from the book. It had a good storyline and I would be stoked to see a second one come out..Score: 5/5

Beautiful CreaturesI loved every minute of this. I have this overwhelming feeling to read the books now. This was such a good movie. I can't wait for more. I love this movie!!! ❤️❤️Okay so some parts of off or really off, but that doesn't change how I fully feel about the movie. The movie changed me a little. I looked at things differently. I started counting down til my birthday like Lena did. Everyone around me thought it was creative. So little things can be picked up and continued on. I started quoting this movie, I watched it a lot, my friends said I sound like my old self again and my bf loves when my "southern" accent comes out. ( he's from Dallas) But over all I love this movie to death..Score: 5/5
BooooDidn't read the books but I love all things witchy, vampirey, and supernatural...but Beautiful Creatures was a major disappointment. Horrible acting and distracting accents....I gave up early. Still interested in reading the books though..Score: 2/5

BEST "Teen Romance" MOVIE EVERBeautiful Creatures The Movie Was AMAZING! As a 17 year old male viewer I loved the fact that this story is in the guys point of view. Also I was always a huge fan of magical movies. The acting was great, the story was great. it was over all, well, great! After watching this movie I figured I would give the books a chance. After reading the first book "Beautiful Creatures" I can see why so many people are upset at the changes made from the book to the movie. but people need to understand, this book is very LONG. and changes are a must. I feel the director did an amazing rendition of the book. I really hope that they make the sequel "Beautiful Darkenss" the book is great too. but seeing all the changes they made in the first movie, I'm not sure if a sequel is even possible. Books are way betterMovie was such a let down! The books were beyond amazing, I was so disappointed when I walked out of the movie theatre. You will most likely enjoy the movie if you haven't read the books. Important characters are missing, plots are changed, parts of all 4 books are in this movie.
