Cliched, Predictable, and Lacking LifeDespicable Me was a tremendous hit due to it’s fantastic story, amazing characters, and all heart approach. Not a single drop of that is left in this sequel. Gru was supposed to be this mastermind criminal who develops a small crack in his heart for the girls. In this movie he somehow turns 180 degrees around and acts like a loving father who wouldn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.
What happened to the original Gru? This is a totally different character with no soul.
The girls are the same, and really only play a minor part this time around. You could replace them with any number of characters and it wouldn’t make a difference.
Gru’s love interest is of course a direct opposite goody goody agent who the real Gru from the original movie would not stand for more than 10 seconds.
All other characters feel lame and way too generic. The people who put this movie together probably have a great collection of knives at home because they stabbed and deflated all the life and originality out of Despicable Me, turning into a lame hump of bloody mediocracy. Don’t waste your time or money on this, just pretend it never happened and enjoy the original masterpiece..TashpoolScore: 2/5

Not as good as first.I went to see Despicable Me 2 in the theatre. It got me laughing. But the plot was weaker than the first and it doesn’t have a good villain. Jako například šéf mocné Antipadoušské ligy, Silas Velezadek (To příjmení nekomentujte, nemá to rád). Silas sice padouchy všeho druhu hluboce opovrhuje, ale kdo se může do myšlení zlosyna vcítit líp než zlosyn bývalý? A tak vyšle svou nejlepší agentku Lucy Wilde, aby Grua přiměla ke spolupráci. Té se to s pomocí paralyzéru převlečeného za rtěnku podaří a Gru začne na stará kolena páchat dobro. A brzy bude mít plné ruce práce, protože na radaru Antipadoušské ligy se objevil obzvlášť protřelý padouch Eduardo, nevysvětlitelně začali mizet Mimoňové, Margo se zapalují lýtka, Edith je i nadále životu nebezpečná a Agnes se všemožně snaží sehnat taťkovi nějakou mamku. A právě to může být pro Grua ve finále tou největší hrozbou.

A práve to môže byť pre Grua vo finále tou najväčšou hrozbou.
