“I Am Cait" is a new documentary series with Caitlyn Jenner, formerly Bruce Jenner, living her life as a transgender woman. The series will tell her intimate story and will join “Cait” as she seeks out her “new normal.” Living for the first time as the person she feels she was born to be, the docu-series will also explore what Cait’s transition means for the people in her life and how those relationships are affected, while offering a better understanding of many of life’s challenges.

Surprisingly InspiringGive this show a chance and you’ll see it’s nothing like the Kardashian show. It truly delves deep into issues trans people experience. So what if she’s not the typical trans person? She still portrays many issues that are experienced by anyone going through a major transition in their lives and that’s what it’s about. It’s ridiculous that so many of the reviews on here are from people who are just being hateful and who have not even bought or watched any of the episodes. Pathetic really that you haters have nothing better to do than to search for a show you have never watched and write an ignorant review about it. Heartfelt, fun, inspiring and interestingI have really enjoyed this. I watch some reality TV but not a ton. This is a positive show that avoids sensational drama and focuses on the humanity of Caitlin’s story. I have been so moved by her journey and have learned a lot. CaitI have enjoyed the show; it has shown far more psychological sensitivity that I thought it would. What I dislike and was surprised by is the rest of the family’s inserting themselves into the show: they each come off incredibly cold and indifferent and their complaints ring hollow as though they complain only to get a little more air time somewhere somehow. I sincerely hope Kris has had nothing to do with the production of this show - she strikes me as extremely manipulative and empty..Score: 5/5
