Holmes attempts to rebuild his life in the wake of his attack on Oscar and subsequent relapse. Due to his violent actions, Sherlock's partnership with Watson and their consultancy with the NYPD are in jeopardy. As he awaits news on whether or not he will face criminal charges, the case of a missing woman allegedly killed by her husband lands in his lap, just in time to distract him from the impending arrival of his estranged father, Mr. Morland Holmes.
Elementary is a modern-day take on the classic Sherlock Holmes story about a crime-solving duo that cracks the NYPD's most impossible cases. Following his fall from grace in London and a stint in rehab, eccentric Sherlock escapes to Manhattan where his wealthy father forces him to live with his worst nightmare - a sober companion, Dr. Watson.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!I have NEVER in my life enjoyed or even watched a CSI/Drama type series. I happened upon Elementary in the middle of the third season. I was hooked! The characters play well together, and the writers are phenomenal. I have only one problem with the show. JLM speaks so fast, that I have to rewind some sections at least once, usually more often one, just to understand what he is saying. If he would speak a tiny bit slower without loosing his incredible persona, the series would be PERFECT! I have never been enamored by a drama EVER, and enjoy this show more than the type of shows I usually watch! Every evening I hope it is Elementary time! Please continue filming this series far into the future....Score: 5/5
