An “ancient” pyramid appears overnight. Every clock in the world begins counting down to the Earth's destruction. Three opposing armies lie ready to annihilate each other. An alien race stands ready to offer humanity a deal that could save them, but also enslave them. It's a terrifying race against time to save the world. Will the Doctor be forced to accept their help?
Earth has been invaded and Bill is living alone, an isolated figure surviving in occupied Britain. The Doctor is imprisoned and appears to be on the side of the enemy, flooding the airwaves with fake news. Bill and Nardole must embark on a deadly mission to rescue the Doctor and lead the resistance against the new regime, whatever the cost.
“God save the Queen” has been scrawled on the surface of Mars. What are Victorians doing on the home of the Ice Warriors? And what will they find beneath the Martian soil?
A long time ago, the ninth legion of the Roman army vanished into the mists of Scotland. Bill has a theory about what happened, and the Doctor has a time machine. But when they arrive in ancient Aberdeenshire, what they find is a far greater threat than any army. In a cairn, on a hillside, is a doorway leading to the end of the world.
Friendship drives the Doctor into the rashest decision of his life. Trapped on a giant spaceship, caught in the event horizon of a black hole, he witnesses the death of someone he is pledged to protect. Is there any way he can redeem his mistake? Are events already out of control? For once, time is the Time Lord’s enemy.
“Without hope, without witness, without reward.” The Mondasian Cybermen are on the rise. It’s time for the Doctor’s final battle…

- Haven’t got the episodes yet3 star

How long are the episodes

- Thank God Moffat is leaving!4 star

I’ve been a fan of Doctor Who since I was old enough to watch TV and catch the then current 80’s and 90’s episodes that ran on PBS and then the older ones when they were re-run. Every iteration of the Doctor has its ups and downs and that’s almost entirely due to the writer. Every single Steven Moffat episode has been horrible. Stuck with this romance that takes up all of the plot and action and makes the Doctor look like an stumbling drunk in love with his new female companion that he is so totally in love with; each one right? Steven Moffat would have the Doctor helpless without his sonic screwdriver or just helpless in general save for Clara and he ruined the Master. Thank all that is good and decent that his was his last run and that’s reason enough to rejoice. Sad we lost Peter Capaldi but at least he went out on a good note with the return of the true cybermen - not the robots we usually see.

- A very disappointing season2 star

As a very long time Doctor Who fan, I found this season very disappointing. The acting was good and, though there were a few episodes that had me hoping the writers were finally getting over their slump, for the most part the episodes were completely predictable. The last half of the season had me wondering when and how they were going to "jump the shark" and I think that finally happened near the end of the "World Enough and Time" episode. I found it kind of sad to hear Moffat gushing in that episode's Inside Look about how "brilliant" that particular plot twist was. I can only hope that the next season is better.

- Very disappointing for life long fan1 star

I never that I'd say this, but this season might be the reason I stop watching Dr Who until they can put the excitement, fun and enjoyment back into the series. I have been an avid fan since Tom Baker in the 70's. This has been a underwhelming season. When Clara finally left the show after overstaying her visit by 2 years I thought maybe Peter Capaldi might get the chance to shine. No such luck. The new companion, Bill, is also a diappointing character. I don't know if this is her first acting gig or not, but I do hope she is not here next season. Hopefully, next year there with be a new and more envigorating Dr. Who and a companion who is at least in the class of a Sarah Jane, Amy & Rory, Rose or Martha. Please not another Donna or Bill.

- Saved by its Momentum3 star

If you like your morally strident political messages delivered with all the subtlety of a jackhammer to the face, then this is the season for you. It makes clear what must be a deliberate tightening of the shows’ target audience toward people like the current “most helpful” reviewer. If you don’t get a thrill from putting down the politically out of step and want to laugh at a mad sifi show then, well, The Doctor is still here and the actor who plays him is a good actor, even the new companion is played by a good actor and brings a different kind of quirky fun to the show. The writers so far haven’t found out how to capitalize on Capaldi’s strengths but for the most part he holds it together. The show still has a few good moments if you can stick with it and ignore the eye-rolling ones. I like this show, but this series was barely worth my time.

- Fresh, exciting, and loads of fun5 star

Series 10 of Doctor Who has been a really strong series so far. While not every episode has been amazing, you can always count on this series to be adventurous, funny, exciting, and tense. My only criticism is that some episodes could use some more action.

- So Far, So Great!5 star

After seeing ten episodes of this exhilarating series, it's safe to say that Peter Capaldi will be going out with a bang. I have absolutely loved every one of the ten episodes so far, which is not something that happens often with Doctor Who. Top notch story telling and of course, Bill, the new companion is brilliant. Wouldn't give it any other rating.

- Not up to par1 star

Very poor writing. The new companion acts as though she's seen every episode of the show but trying to pretend she hasn't.

- Still enjoyable ... but what's up with ITunes epi numbers?4 star

I still enjoy this show, as I have for 5 decades (yes, I'm that old). Pearl Mackie is a great new companion and I hope she stays on after Capaldi "regenerates." But what's up with ITunes? Can no one there number episodes sequentially? Or is there some "curse" when using even numbers?

- The Characters and Actors are Great.2 star

It is the writing that is horrible. I cannot wait for the Long Dark Reign of Steven Moffat to come to an end.

- Love5 star

I love the series so far it's amazing. Refreshing to have a new companion and you can tell the doctor is having fun again. I can't wait for more episodes but I'm sad this season is almost over. Looking forward to the Christmas special it's sad see peter go though. My favorite doctor so far.

- :D5 star

SO COOL

- Love the show, but4 star

I really, really love the show, but I HATE the way iTunes organizes the episodes. Couldn't you have the behind the scenes "episodes" numbered episodes 101, 102, etc? The behind the scenes of episode 1 should not be "Episode 2." Then that makes the actual episode 2 into episode 3. It's confusing.

- Make it stop!1 star

The writing is too unbelievable.

- Awesome show. Bad format4 star

I love how this is going. What needs to change is how iTunes lists the episodes. Any behind the scenes aren't actually episodes. I need to see those going back to being numbered differently like 101, 102, and so forth.

- Another great season5 star

Too bad it's Capaldi's last season. The best Doctor yet!

- Loving season 105 star

This new season is a lot of fun, this is a change towards a more lighthearted series compared to seasons 8 and 9, which I absolutely loved.

- Doctor who5 star

Amazing

- Season pass is amazing doctor who is the best5 star

The season pass is fantastic and awesome because it allows you to watch Doctor Who on your device even without BBC America and the quality is amazing. So worth the price for series 10

- Wonderful5 star

If you're worried about the new gay character then pack your bags and go elsewhere. This show opens your mind and helps you see through that. The dynamic of the character is amazing. Such a strong personality. Think of it this way, if you don't like Judas Priest because of who Halford is sleeping with, then don't buy it. But if you can see artistic value behind it, be really open minded then this is the most rewarding episode I've seen to date.

- Bill Potts is a breath of fresh air5 star

I was incredibly impressed with Pearl Mackie's performance and her dynamic with Peter Capaldi so far, and eagerly await the next episode! Great things are certainly in store for the fans this series, it would appear.

- Hate Sci-Fi Usually but LOVE the Doctor5 star

I usually hate this genre but I love the Doctor SO MUCH! I cant even describe how much I love the Doctor and the fact that this is the last season kinda makes me die inside, kinda makes me wanna go hunt down the writers and producers and hold them captive and make them make the doctor for ever!

- Apple is for Rich People1 star

Because I don’t have $30 or $22 to spend, I’m not going to risk the “GET” button because it looks like the inly option is to buy the whole season. This is a first for Dr Who in my experience. I eagerly anticipated spending $2.99 for a lovely Easter afternoon watching Dr Who. If this is the case where you have to buy the season or none at all, it’s just one more example of Apple, or BIG MEDIA, being only accessible to rich people. Do you wonder why people seek other means of obtaining content on the internet. I’m not one of them so I guess no Dr Who for me today. :(

- It's clear that Moffat is running on fumes3 star

Capaldi is an amazing Doctor, no doubt. The past few seasons have seriosly declined in story quality, their saving grace has been Capaldi's amazing performance. It was made clear in the first episode that this season is going to try its best, but will ultimately be mediocre. It's such a shame that Capaldi has not had a proper chance to shine, he's an amazing actor who just is unfortunately under the direction of a worn out writter.

- The Doctor at his best!5 star

It was clear from the first five minutes that Series 10 of Doctor Who will be great! Can't wait to discuss it on Discussing Who and Doctor Who: Podshock! Pearl Mackie brings a breath of fresh air - plus Matt Lucas returns as Nardole. This may be the best (but we already know it to be the last) season for Peter Capaldi's Twelfth Doctor.

dale.k - Doctor who season 10 review5 star

This season was good but not as good as some other seasons

lestatoloves - It's ok with some good bits!3 star

I've watched every season. I love them all! This season was the slowest to start and I feel a lot of unresolved bits. Also it's way to politically correct at times and obviously so. I've never known Dr. Who to be this way. It's always been kind, yes. Always thoughtful, yes, but it's never pandered to an ideology. If they have all the working parts-The Time Lords-then they are men in every way. The good bits and the bad. To have them regenerate into women is interesting but I'm not sure with what I've seen here it will be done right. Missy is what Time Lords turn into when they regenerate into women. Have you ever known and asssertive woman who isn't a B? That can be good and bad and some would say the Doctor is one. Lets hold hands and sing Kumbaya does't make for good storytelling. I'm not interested in seeing Molly Weasley as Dr. Who. With a lot of thought it can be done but not when you're afraid to say anything for fear of being called a misogynist. Nardole, I grew to love this character! It's worth it for the final few episodes but over all I was disappointed.

Victarionk - The Christmas Special will be great!4 star

What an ending! This was a good season. I really enjoyed every episode. Bill and Nardole were a refreshing change and Capaldi was outstanding as always. I LOVED the last two episodes. I'm going to miss Peter as The Doctor!!

Can't wait for this years Christmas. 🇨🇦🎄🇬🇧

Dude You're Mom - The Doctor Falls (SPOILER ALERT)4 star

This specific episode is just about perfect, but (Spoiler Alert) when The Doctor has the flashback, he doesn't remember Clara, so she shouldn't be in the sequence

Alain LaVerdiere - Knock Knock4 star

My favourite episode so far of the season. A happy ending and a little spooky. Great to have an LGBT character so well expressed as an individual. Like how this episode goes a little way to establish Bill's life as having a true independence. When I first saw the old house I thought this was going to be a reappearance of the Sarah Jane Adventures cast. Was reminded of the movie Burnt Offerings starring Oliver Reed. Alain Laverdiere Calgary Canada🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈

GuitarClassical - Ruined by Bill2 star

I love Dr. Who and I think that Peter Capaldi is the best one ever. Unfortunately this series is completely ruined by the choice of Pearl Mackie to play the role of Bill. She is a horrible actress, and mumbles so much that half the time I miss what she said, and have to rewind. She's just plain bad in the role. And you can feel at once that there is no chemistry between them at all.

Elvis200124 - Love it5 star

Great season. Can't wait to see what's to come. Peter is certainly going out with a bang can't wait.

Some guy number 6835 - The Pilot5 star

I really liked The Pilot. The writing this season looks like its going to be amazing. Nardol is a bit annoying though but he has his good moments.

Pigmister24 - Loved it!4 star

I loved the season so much! I loved Bill as the companion. As a whole the season was great, some episodes were alright but still good overall. Miss Capaldi already!

DoctorWhoAU - Brilliant,Epic great storyline and some old favourites are back5 star

Amazing season it will be Peter's last the pilot is a massive step for the who universe and is something that shouldn't be taken with a grain of salt a lot of the Episodes are reboots of the Russell T era but none the less something that is spectacularly epic and will leave you wanting more from Peter and some old faces will show up again why are you reading this go and buy it and watch some Doctor Who.

tabbycat1973 - Loved this season 😊❤️😊5 star

Although there may be some episodes from this season that I can’t remember I will always remember Peter as being one of my favourite Doctor’s, which is why, not a day goes by where I don’t think about the good old days of Doctor Who and look at the show now it’s a complete and utter disaster which is why I will always miss Peter so much that I have to watch Doctor Who every Sunday, instead of the rubbish we’ve got now on Sunday.

whovian 2.0 - Best. Show. EVER!5 star

I am a MASSIVE whovian (dr who fan) and this is one of the best seasons (although my favourite dr who episode of all time is heaven sent, which is in season 9). Peter Capaldi is an AMAZING actor and is -and always will be- my favourite Doctor EVER. I would recommend this show to anyone! (Well, most of it anyway) Although creepy at times, it is very funny. I mean, just look at Nardole! I would say that the must see episodes in season 10 are the last 2. Amazing. Just amazing. 🤠

lthomasd - "Without Hope. Without Witness. Without Reward"5 star

Doctor Who finally has its mojo back! Yes, of course it's not 100% perfect, with a few rough edges here and there but on the whole very entertaining. Capaldi really shines as the Doctor in this season with a stunning debut for Pearl Mackie as the latest companion who is brilliant and a breath of fresh air! Really enjoyable!!!

verityg21 - Very good but not great3 star

Love Peter and Pearl together, but there were no stand-out episodes until the end of the series.

Lollipop libidinous - Great new season5 star

Love the new season love Bill and Nardol

JJTLM - The doctor is in !5 star

After nearly a year and a half of waiting, we get to see the doctor in action . For what is promised to be the greatest series yet ! Can't wait for the series with the full return of the ice warriors and the mondasian cybermen for Peter and steven's last spin in the Tardis.
