It has it's flaws, but so far it's an interesting show.If you can get past the unrealistic details, this can be a fun show to escape from reality once a week. Some of the best and underappreciated characters from other good shows are here, which adds a LOT to it. Granted it's not the most realistic but it's a nice show to look forward to once a week. Twists & TurnsEnjoyable medical drama/soap series with good actors. Great plot twists and turns that keeps the viewers like myself intrigued and waiting for the next episode! This TV series have revolving dramatic topics that include but not limited to: questioning ethics, revealing the unfortunate business-side of a hospital system, exposing corrupt doctors/providers, hospital management hierarchy,etc. Now add good actors with storylines that include humor, and love interests, and yes, you have the workings for a drama medical series TV masterpiece- I hope there is a second season soon! And, YES- fellow medical professionals, this is a television drama series, not to be confused with an accurate representation of the “real medical world.” That’s a given. Know that before watching. If you are looking for an accurate representation of the ‘medical real world,’ then go back to work..Score: 5/5

SleuthingI enjoy the series, but I question the realism: Are the doctors/surgeons as caustic as they are portrayed? And in the most recent episode where a fired nurse is sleuthing around concerning the actions of a certain doctor: would you accept a bag of groceries outside your home from a stranger?🙄.Score: 4/5
I Tried HardI really did tried hard give this show a chance, but with Grey’s Anatomy, House, Chicago Med and the Good Doctor, medical drama was somehow saturated and this one was vying for something. I for one works in the medical field and the dialogue from this show was out of touch. No one in the medical profession talks like that or do something like this. I know I gave Grey’s Anatomy and House so much leeway, but that was when television was not inundated by these kinds of shows. I mean this show has potential, but the timing was terrible. I would have probably appreciated this show if Grey’s Anatomy ended and Chicago Med and The Good Doctor got cancelled, but the shows I mentioned are going strong. As much as I think this show has potential, this was pretty much overshadowed by medical dramas that came before this. Anyways, good luck to this show..Score: 2/5
Amazing!!!!Even though this show is unrealistic, it is suspenseful and impossible to put down!!!! The casting for this show is incredible and in my opinion it is Czuchry’s best performance yet! I have very high hopes for the rest of the series!!.Score: 5/5

Enjoyable but ...I can't stand FOX but even they can get lucky with a decent show once in a while; my chief complaint with this show is that if I wanted commercials I would watch the show live. Why in God's name would you put commercials on something somebody's paying for. I don't care that they air at the end of the show. I skip them anyway but it's a waste of your time so why do it???.Score: 4/5
