Why do the episode always come out on time with Amazon, but iTunes is incapable of releasing episodes on a remotely sensible schedule? I’ve now paid for 2 season passes (one on iTunes originally, and now on Amazon)... Just so I can watch this show. It’s 2019... Come on.

Last weeks episode didn’t upload until the Tuesday following the episode airing on tv. Literally 6 days late. When I buy a season pass I expect to be able to see the episode the day after it airs on tv, not a week later. I’m fed up and ready to find a new source to watch my shows. Get it together or I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Episode 7 had been out for four days. Amazon Prime had it available. iTunes does not have it available. Guess who we're buying from next season? I use Itunes for lots of stuff. Why is Itunes lagging behind Amazon on being timely with Survivor? Maybe iTunes will get this situation taken care of before the end of this season, giving us a reason to not switch to Amazon Prime to purchase?

Why does "Season Only" appear on my iphone, and yet I can't get the show even though I have the season pass? This is so tiring to deal with every week.

It’s extremely disappointing to pay for the season pass and have to wait several days each week for the new episode. Poor customer service! This is nothing new and it’s getting worse. What are you going to do to fix it?????????????

It’s now Sunday night and no episode. Why is this happening? And now it’s Monday and it’s still not here!!! Will be requesting a refund at this point!!!!!!

Love the show, hate how slowly CBS releases the episodes several days late. They do this every season too... come on requested a refund and denied. reflect poorly on Apple and CBS.

Not worth the $25 I paid for the season pass. Still no episode this week. Survivor is a great show, but editing this long is ridiculous.

Consistently more than 24 hours or next day release. It seems to be a Survivor thing so maybe CBS is a better alternative.

Episodes are not being released on iTunes after the show is aired. I don’t know if it’s CBS or Apple’s fault, but it’s very frustrating.

Survivor from me gets 5 stars. But I’m regretting buying the season pass since the episodes are not coming out on time!!! Come on iTunes and CBS!! It’s now Friday afternoon and I still don’t have Wednesday’s episode available to me. Utter fail!!!!! I want a refund!!! Future buyers BEWARE!!

I expect episodes to be available the day after the show airs. I can even accept a full 24 hours, but we’re at 40 hours and it’s still not released? Is this CBS’s way of pushing their own service?

I do not know what is up with iTunes and CBS but the delays each season are getting longer and longer! It is available on Youtube for purchase before it is on iTunes! Also sometimes I am being asked to purchase a new episode after i purchased a season pass! Awful!
