Well done!I didn't think I was going to like it, but Patricia Arquette and Benico del Toro and Paul Dano all acted with a lot of of nuance; it was the gestures and eye movements and accents that conveyed a lot of meaning. Also directing captured that life inside is a community like life outside. Hooked is right..Score: 5/5

This is a great story and amazing prison drama!!!!!This show is amazing!!!!!! The cast was amazing!!! Was really happy that they didn’t paint the North Country in a negative light. As someone who lives in the north country when this actually happened they portrayed it with class plus it was eye opening!!!!!!!!.Score: 5/5
Surprisingly amazing!!I overlooked this TV series several times. I like escape movies but I thought it would be just like other escape movies with over the top acting and too many explosives. Boy was I wrong! My movie-buff friend recommended it and he has really good taste for plot, acting, directing, dialogue, cinematography, etc. I gave the show another chance and I’m so glad I did. It’s up there with Midnight Express! Escape at Dannemora is an instant classic and such good characters and acting. Too many things to list in a review. Just watch it! My favorite characters are Patricia Arquette, Her husband, and Benecio DelTorro. Reminds me of Fargo the way they talk. So hilarious in some ways...little things that the characters create, like Benecio swishing the alcohol in his teeth before he drinks, Patricia’s naughty side, and her husband’s naive ness and mumbling. Great job Ben Stiller on directing such an amazing TV series!.Score: 5/5
