Game of Thrones, The Complete Series Episodes

Based on the bestselling book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin, this sprawling new HBO drama is set in a world where summers span decades and winters can last a lifetime. From the scheming south and the savage eastern lands, to the frozen north and ancient Wall that protects the realm from the mysterious darkness beyond, the powerful families of the Seven Kingdoms are locked in a battle for the Iron Throne. This is a story of duplicity and treachery, nobility and honor, conquest and triumph. In the Game of Thrones, you either win or you die.

Season 1, Episode 1: Winter Is Coming
Series Premiere. A Night's Watch deserter is tracked down outside of Winterfell, prompting swift justice from Lord Eddard 'Ned' Stark, and raising concerns about the dangers in the lawless lands north of the Wall. Returning home, Ned learns from his wife Catelyn that his mentor, Jon Arryn, has died in the Westeros capital of King's Landing, and that King Robert is on his way north to offer Ned the position as the King's Hand. Meanwhile, across the Narrow Sea in Pentos, Viserys Targaryen hatches a plan to win back the throne by forging an allegiance with the nomadic Dothraki warriors by giving its leader, Khal Drogo, his lovely sister Daenerys's hand in marriage. Robert arrives at Winterfell with his wife, Queen Cersei, and other members of the Lannister family: her twin brother Jaime, dwarf brother Tyrion, and Cersei's son and heir to the throne, 12-year-old Joffrey. Unable to refuse his old friend and king, Ned prepares to leave for King's Landing, as Jon Snow decides to travel north to Castle Black to join the Night's Watch, accompanied by a curious Tyrion. But a startling act of treachery directed at young Bran may end up postponing their respective departures.

Season 1, Episode 2: The Kingsroad
Bran's fate remains in doubt. Having agreed to become the King's Hand, Ned leaves The North with daughters Sansa and Arya, while Catelyn stays behind to tend to Bran. Jon Snow heads north to join the brotherhood of the Night's Watch. Tyrion decides to forgo the trip south with his family, instead joining Jon in the entourage heading to the Wall. Viserys bides his time in hopes of winning back the throne, while Dany focuses her attention on learning how to please her new husband, Drogo..

Season 1, Episode 3: Lord Snow
Arriving at King's Landing after his long journey, Ned is shocked to learn of the Crown's profligacy from his new advisors. At Castle Black, Jon Snow impresses Tyrion at the expense of greener recruits. Suspicious the Lannisters had a hand in Bran's fall, Catelyn covertly follows her husband to King's Landing, where she is intercepted by Petyr Baelish, a.k.a. 'Littlefinger,' a shrewd longtime ally and brothel owner. Cersei and Jaime ponder the implications of Bran's recovery; Arya studies swordsmanship. On the road to Vaes Dothrak, Daenerys finds herself at odds with Viserys.

Season 1, Episode 4: Cripples, Bastards, and Broken Things
Ned looks to a book for clues to the death of his predecessor, and uncovers one of King Robert's bastards. Robert and his guests witness a tournament honoring Ned. Jon takes measures to protect Sam from further abuse at Castle Black; a frustrated Viserys clashes with Daenerys in Vaes Dothrak; Sansa imagines her future as a queen, while Arya envisions a far different future. Catelyn rallies her husband's allies to make a point, while Tyrion finds himself caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Season 1, Episode 5: The Wolf and the Lion
Incensed over news of Daenerys' alliance with the Dothraki, Robert orders a pre-emptive strike on the Targaryens that drives a wedge in his relationship with Ned. A captive Tyrion helps Catelyn, but receives a cold reception at the Eyrie from her sister, John Arryn's widow Lysa. Sansa is charmed by the dashing Ser Loras Tyrell, a.k.a. the Knight of Flowers. Arya overhears a plot against her father.

Season 1, Episode 6: A Golden Crown
Reinstated as the Hand, Ned sits for the King while Robert is on a hunt. Ned issues a decree that could have long-term consequences throughout the Seven Kingdoms. At the Eyrie, Tyrion confesses to his 'crimes,' and demands that Lysa give him a trial by combat. Joffrey apologizes to Sansa; Viserys receives from Drogo his final payment for Daenerys.

Season 1, Episode 7: You Win or You Die
Explaining that the future of the Lannisters is at stake, Tywin presses Jaime to 'be the man you were meant to be' as they prepare for battle. Ned confronts Cersei about the secrets that killed Jon Arryn. With the fate of the missing Benjen very much on his mind, Jon takes his Night's Watch vows, though not with the assignment he coveted. After Ser Jorah saves Daenerys from treachery, an enraged Drogo vows to lead the Dothraki where they've never gone before. An injured Robert takes pains to ensure an orderly transition at King's Landing.

Season 1, Episode 8: The Pointy End
In the aftermath of Ned's capture, Syrio and Arya face off against Lannister guards while Cersei manipulates Sansa to her own ends. Robb rallies his father's northern allies against Tywin Lannister and heads south to war. Tyrion forms an uneasy alliance with the hill tribes and reunites with his father. Jon lashes out at Thorne and battles a mysterious attacker from beyond the Wall. Dany is forced to reconcile her desire to conquer Westeros with Drogo's savagery after the Dothraki raid a peaceful village.

Season 1, Episode 9: Baelor
With Sansas life in danger, Ned makes a fateful decision. Catelyn brokers an unsavory deal with the slippery Walder Frey. Tyrion acquires a mistress and is forced by his father to fight on the front lines. Robb wins his first major victory and captures a prized prisoner. Jon is rewarded for his valor and discovers a dark secret about Maester Aemon. As Drogo's wound festers, Dany defies Qotho and puts her trust in the enslaved witch Mirri Maz Duur.

Season 1, Episode 10: Fire and Blood
Season 1 Finale. As tragic news spreads across the Seven Kingdoms, Bran and Rickon share a prophetic dream, Catelyn interrogates Jaime about her son's fall, and Robb's destiny is forever changed. After a surprising decision by his father, Tyrion heads south. Meanwhile, Arya assumes a new identity in an attempt to escape King's Landing, and Sansa is terrorized by Joffrey. At the Wall, Jon is forced to choose between the Nights Watch and the family he left behind. Across the sea, Dany pays a terrible price for her love, but finds new hope.

Season 2, Episode 1: The North Remembers
Season 2 Premiere. As Robb Stark and his northern army continue the war against the Lannisters, Tyrion arrives in King's Landing to counsel Joffrey and temper the young king's excesses. On the island of Dragonstone, Stannis Baratheon plots an invasion to claim his late brother's throne, allying himself with the fiery Melisandre, a strange priestess of a stranger god. Across the sea, Daenerys, her three young dragons, and khalasar trek through the Red Waste in search of allies, or water. In the North, Bran presides over a threadbare Winterfell while, beyond the Wall, Jon Snow and the Night's Watch must shelter with a devious wildling.

Season 2, Episode 2: The Night Lands
In the wake of a bloody purge in the capital, Tyrion chastens Cersei for alienating the king's subjects. On the road north, Arya shares a secret with a Night's Watch recruit named Gendry. With supplies dwindling, one of Dany's scouts returns with news of their position. After nine years as a Stark ward, Theon Greyjoy reunites with his father Balon and sister Yara, who want to restore the ancient Kingdom of the Iron Islands. Davos enlists Salladhor Saan, a pirate, to join forces with Stannis and Melisandre for a naval invasion of King's Landing.

- Sad....2 star

This show started out amazing... and it looks like the writers just gave up on the last season... it made no sense until I heard both writers wanted to do another project and just stopped caring... and it shows so sad

- IDk1 star

I don’t get the hype; I was bored out of my mind watching this!

- Truly Amazing.... except for season 84 star

Game of Thrones is a really good show but i was sorely disappointed in the final season. It was rushed and the screen writers lost all common sense and made all the characters dumb, especially Tyrion. Hopefully Martin will stop being lazy and finish the story and give us a proper ending. *fingers crossed* Despite this, it’s a nice show to have in your collection.

- Awesome show!5 star

I really enjoyed the show. I do feel like the quality of the shows writing goes downhill hill after the fifth season but overall Game Of Thrones is one of my favorite shows.

- The best5 star

I love it

- Last 2 seasons were horrible...3 star

I can only describe mass dissatisfaction in the last two seasons. Everything is so rushed and glossed over. You made a fortune on this show. Why would you not extend this out and milk it for everything you can. If your writers ran out of ideas then bring in new writers!!

- Best Final Season Ever!5 star

Best HBO Show and also best final season ever for a tv show.

- Honestly, ridiculously addictive... you’ll stick around for the end5 star

So, I totally clicked on this weekends “grab caption” of “All Seasons $19.99” and....well... lying’s not good for the soul, iTunes 😉

- Great Show5 star

Loved this show from the first time I sat down to watch an episode all the way till the end. I really don’t get the hate season 7 gets. The ending wasn’t perfect but it was still good.

- Made my day!!!5 star

Yes!!!!! Been waiting on dat discount box set! Done and done!!! I want to be able to watch this when I’m 80, confused, and don’t know what’s going on in reality.

- Really Apple !1 star

- D.B. Weiss and David Benioff RUINED this show!1 star

Get an HBONow subscription if you’re curious. This box set is a rip-off! I just want to help you save $150, trust me it’s not worth it

- Best TV show ever5 star

Nothing better nuff said

- The most disappointing finale to any series ever1 star

The production quality is high and the series is generally good up until the show creators ran out of plot in the books. That’s when it all goes downhill and the show ends very poorly.

- Betrayed1 star

No one can defend the last season of this show, especially after seeing D&D interview. They admitted to not knowing what the hell they were doing, listening to online critics of nudity and graphic scenes to make changes, using this as film school. They are complete hacks that betrayed everyone who spent their time and money. I’ll give them credit for admitting that they shouldn’t have been given the show, and were surprised that the did get it.

- Absolutely love this series despite lackluster ending5 star

This series will age like fine wine. The beginning of the series is just masterful television despite the last two seasons being average at best. Easily worth the money if you’re a fan.

- Seasons 7 and 8 ruined rewatchabiity.1 star

All of the promise, All of the wonderful plots. All of the wonderful character arcs. DESTROYED. Knowing what is coming in 7 and MOSTLY 8, why bother. No need to rewatch now. A waste of time..

- Loved it5 star

As someone who grew up on fantasy novels, D&D, and adventure/rpg video games. This was perfect

- Can’t Forgive the Last Season1 star

Such wasted potential.

- Last season destroyed the series.1 star

What a fantastic show and epic story. However the last season ended so horribly I will never watch Game of Thrones again. And if you’re thinking of purchasing it don’t you’ll be very angry.

- Who in their right mind1 star

Any sane Adult with a fully functional brain wouldn’t buy this steaming hack job garbage, from 2 worthless hack writers

- Lower the price1 star

$200 is to much I’ll buy it for like $100

- WOW... WOW... WOW5 star

This show is simply the greatest show ever made. That's all that is needed to be said. Enjoy:)

- $200?!?!?!1 star

Don’t buy this, wait till the box set comes out around the holidays (which includes the digital version, btw), and it will be less than half this price! Even less if you don’t get season 8, which lets be honest, we dun wanit

- GOT4 star

Buy a HBO subscription and watch within 1 month. It will only cost $15

- Price5 star

Whatever people say.. I think this was the best they could do to be on fair side. Anyway once a moron said that if you think this has happy ending, you are not paying an attention. This was the message for the entire audience. I loved this show. Made a mistake of not buying the set when it was 150 and now it’s 200. Bring it down😔

- Phenomenal show5 star

Once in a generation show. Early seasons are paced better, but the scale of the show increased so much that it was probably hard to stay consistent later on. I know many are unhappy with the final season, but the story (in it’s totality) makes sense. I will wait for a remastered 4K release and the it will be an insta-buy. It will be missed.

- First 6 seasons are brilliant4 star

The first 6 seasons are a masterpiece. 7th was still good, but not as much so. 8th is a total disaster, and the most disappointing and utterly senseless ending you can possibly imagine. still definitely worth watching though.

- Rip off1 star

$200 is a rip of for this show. The entire series are only 10 episodes not even full seasons and the last 2 was not even half a season.

- NO History and Lore???3 star

For such a comprehensive set including a plethera of 3-4min "behind the scenes" clips I'm disappointed this doesn't feature the History and Lore serise of animated history. Each season released on BluRay featured another 60 minute episode which was a series of shorts. They were great entertainment as well as informative into the history of the GOT world.

- Not worth the payout1 star

SPOILERS: the ending is not worth the journey. They didn’t build to the strange ending good. Just bad.

- Amazing series5 star

Making series from start to finish

- Terrible ending!1 star

Watch up to season 6 and it’s excellent! They just ruined the story in the last two seasons, they rushed the whole thing, threats are much easier to overcome as they seemed and they complete changed the personality of most beloved characters in 2 episodes, not worth watching! Hopefully the books are going to be better if they ever come out.

- Too much money1 star

$149? Are you kidding me? That’s way too expensive, no one has enough money for that, so lower the price, nownownownownownownownownownownownownow, hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, oooooooooooooooo

Best Show Ever!!!!!!

- Truly an amazing story5 star

If you are a lover of worlds like lord of the rings then you will live game of thrones. It’s an amazing series and I highly recommend it. I only wish it had more seasons so I’m sorry that’s it’s over. Definitely will be one of favorites along with LOTR, Harry Potter and Avatar. Great series

- Incredible.5 star

Years ago a friend kept saying to me “dude, you need to watch this show called Game of Thrones”. I knew the name from the books, and thought “nah, that’s lame 1980’s Dungeons and Dragons fantasy stuff. I’ll stick with Lord of the Rings.” Which I felt was top shelf fantasy. My friend kept trying. I kept refusing. Until on his birthday one year, all he wanted was for everyone (me) to watch the first episode at his party. So I did. Begrudgingly. And was hooked. I went home and blew through season 1. Then got season 2 and finished it in a day. By then season 3 was starting, and I’ve been on my couch at 9pm every Sunday that it airs since. From the beginning to the end, this show, and what they were able to do with the story Martin wrote, is simply incredible. I’ve never seen anything like it. I don’t clap at films and I don’t cheer, (okay I did for Endgame), but this show? I’m vocal. I’m incredibly vocal. I sometimes have to pause and rewatch just to get a grip. I now understand how people get so passionate and excited while watching sports. Watch it. Read the books. Ignore the bad press and butt-hurt “fans”. This show is good. It’s really good. Thank you Martin, for you stories. Thank you Benioff and Weiss, for your vision. And thank you Zach, for making me watch it on your birthday.

- An Epic Series From Start To Finish5 star

Game of Thrones is a one of a kind show that has raised the bar for premium television. It’s cinematography including it’s use CGI and practical set pieces were stunning and visually appealing. Ramin Djawadi’s original music that were influenced by ASOIAF book series are beautiful and emotional. All of the actors did a stellar job portraying their fictional book characters. D&D adapted GRRM’s book material to screen very well, even when they surpassed the source material. They’ve created the best tv series of all time!

- Don’t waste your money1 star

After six seasons of glorious moments, the show ended in the worse way possible with a lame season seven and finally with an underwhelming last season. It’s sad indeed that a show that once was incredibly good, ended as a joke.

the best TV series in the world ❤️

- Masterpiece5 star

Game of Thrones along with Westworld truly are the best thing to ever happen in TV and possibilities film history as well. No words to describe this incredible show and the creative brilliance in each scene, with character development, the production and art direction, the scope and basically every frame in every episode.

The TV app registers this as one season with 164 episodes. Fix it.

TheIronPrice - Season 6-8 Series Killer1 star

It won’t be long before HBO is paying us to watch Game of Thrones. I can’t even rematch during this Covid-19 pandemic because of how Dan and Dave ruined the end. Knowing how it ends, I will never watch this series again, despite how awesome it was when Dan and Dave had the benefit of source material written by George RR Martin. Once that source material dried up, so did the story lines. Sad.

eiramsito - A show to remember5 star

A great series to watch and watch over and over again for it’s quality, regardless that the last season was rushed for a multitude of reasons. This remains a great show portraided by quality actors, great script and scenery not to mention a compelling story with a lot of intrigues. I recommend buying this if you are a die hard fan!

HippieHoudini - Greatest Story Ever Told5 star

Everything about this show is amazing. It’s so deep and far from your average fantasy tale. Nothing you can say does any justification. You just need to start watching

Kattman - Don’t buy this1 star

It’s a great series until season 8. Nothing pays off and nothing is worth watching all 7 seasons to be let down in the end. Seriously disappointed with this show and HBO.
