Roosevelt, have attempted to crack the code that will unearth the treasure believed to be buried on the small island off the coast of Nova Scotia. Am I missing something ? This episode they have found this tunnel next to Samual Ball's house foundation that in my opinion is the coolest find in many years. Laird Niven says to excavate the tunnel and follow it to the end, what are they waiting for ? I would have had that baby dug up in 24 hours. I guess they are going to wait until next season to dig that find, that just doesn't seem right. Ball became one of Nova Scotia's wealthiest land owners in his first five years, he sure didn't get rich from planting and selling cabbage. There might be a lot of treasure still in the ground. I don't buy this just wait until next season to watch us dig this find. There might still be millions of dollars in gold, silver and precious stones, or even more. Maybe they have already dug the find and will let the viewers see it next season. Is this why they are considering doing "the big dig" that will cost tens of millions of dollars ? As you can tell, I'm a avid viewer, I love this TV Program. This wait will seem like 5 years until Season 8. Maybe I can watch my grass grow to pass the time. Thanks for reading, God Bless

- Frustrating3 star

Such good characters and content, but such a slow show. In reality - 5-10 mins of the show is actually NEW footage. The rest is detailed recaps over and over and over again, followed by showing EVERYTHING that'll happen in the next show at the end before credits roll... I understand it's a slow process and the Production is desperate for more content, but the answer is NOT the Top Episodes at the end of the seasons. The narrator/host is the most annoying person I might have ever seen on TV. Plus - since I've already been force fed all the recaps, I've basically already memorized all the stuff they show. Please get rid of that super annoying Host/Narrator for the Top Episodes. The guy is seriously ruining it.

- Well1 star

Couldn’t even stream it pointless money spent

- How to make a treasure hunt boring2 star

I have been interested in the Oak Island mystery for many, many years and have watched each episode of every season of this show and STILL can't believe they use SO MUCH USELESS FLASHBACK FOOTAGE and TALK, TALK, TALK by the utteriy USELESS NARRATOR. Every "new" episode gives the viewer roughly 12 minutes of new material and 30 minutes of the same old, same old recap, some of which even recaps what happened just LAST WEEK in bargain basement blurred "dated footage". Badly filmed and unnecessary historical re-enactments abound, along with endless childlike computer animations of the flood tunnel and box drain systems. All of the above is bad enough, but why, for God's sake, do we have to be RE-INTRODUVED to EVERY team member at EVERY NEW SCENE? HMMMMMM????? Don't you think we know, by NOW, who the players are? If they find the treasure, I'll be very, very glad, as it will stop this endless water torture of grade Z production values. "A (fill in the blank object)?" "Could it be the team has just discovered a clue to the treasure?" Over and over and over and over..ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.....

- Where is the episode ??1 star

Where is ‚Drilling down with William Shetner‘??? Why did I purchase this....

- Less talk more action1 star

I really love the concept of the show based on true stories but after 6 seasons of theory’s and bouncing around between search areas I really wanna see progress and actions, not theory’s and story’s. I’m loosing interest just based on the way the program is being produced and put together. Hopefully someone somewhere in control takes this as constructive and does something about it.

- A Treasure Hunt For Us All5 star

I’m disappointed to see the negative ratings for the show simply due to the temporary issue with Pickers playing for one episode instead of Oak Island. The problem was quickly corrected. I was only annoyed by the Pickers issue because I wanted to watch the episode right away. Likewise, the negative commentary about the bonus content is inane. If you don’t want to watch bonus content, then don’t. You still get all the episodes you paid for, and you didn’t pay extra for the bonus content. At this stage in the hunt, a recap isn’t unreasonable, especially for people who might be new to the show. The bonus content on Top 25 Moments we’ve never seen was great! Like most fans of the show, I’ve watched every episode, and always enjoy this amazing hunt for treasure and information. Each season presents new challenges which are met with both exciting technological innovations and a mix of people who add something vital to the hunt. This is what reality TV should be!

Wires are crossed. Hoping for some resolution. Bad enough that we pay for the season of one show and have to wait nearly 24 hours for every episode to watch after it runs to History Channel subscribers, which you would think that as a paying customer, would be available as it airs. But then, the latest download happened 24 hours after the show was on, AND its an episode of American Pickers with Oak island close captions. What ever the season cost was is not worth the frustration of trying to watch it. Spend the 25 bucks on some dinner with your family or just give 25 to a random person on the street. Pretty disappointed.

American Pickers? I contacted Apple to communicate the error, one hour on the phone. Spoke to 5 different people only to be advised no one else had the same problem. Clearly not!

Awesome! Love watching the wrong show to the closed captioning of Oak Island. Maybe the guys at American Pickers will find the money pit in someone’s garage. Incorrect show loaded to Episode 9. What an interesting disappointment.

Tunnel vision has problems, shows a pickers program!

- Wrong episode1 star

Why is the American pickers on here ? Anyone else have that problem ?

- Cool Show!5 star

Many fans complain about the repitition. I get it, but the audience for this show keeps growing and growing. Most haven't been here since Season 1 and they need to be caught up. This is tricky for the producers, but they have managed to speed up the repetitive parts in Season 6 and even more so in Season 7. They've even put most of it in 4 episodes at the beginning of 7 to get it out of the way. There are only so many ways to deal with catching new viewers up, so give them credit for trying. Other folks complain about them not finding anything. They find stuff all the time, it's just in the form of clues and that may draw the search out, but we all know this search has been going on since 1795! Get over it already! I'm along for the ride, I love the story, I love the people, and love watching along! Thanks to everyone who makes the show possible, keep doing a great job!

- No more recaps!1 star

This is an interesting show, i have watched every series, but this recap stuff is just to much, its a rip off, and boring to any one who has bought watched the entire series your upsetting your base. Why do it ? Each episode has enough recap maybe to much any way! Episode 5 was great, and thats the readon your forgiven.

- Bring on the NEW finds!2 star

Starting a new season of all re-caps is boring at best. The regular episodes already feature FAR too much recap information. I think all of your viewers are pretty patient at this point but please release the new footage and stop re-releasing so much summarization!

- Amazing show!!!5 star

I thought all this was faked and evidence planted...... however, after some research I can tell you they are on the level. Yes, I’m sure some stuff is played up to make the story progress but the two brothers are really trying to find something and are really doing it. What they find will be yet to really see....... I can tell you that this hunt is real. So stop with the Hating! If they found everything right off you would be claiming that they are fake still. Don’t like it, then here is a thought........ FO T WATCH IT!

As the other reviewers have stated, there’s something wrong with the latest episode of The Curse of Oak Island on iTunes (s07e05 “Tunnel Visions”). Instead of it being The Curse of Oak Island, it’s a random episode of American Pickers. @APPLE - please correct this issue!
