Million Dollar Listing, Season 1 Release Date and Synopsis
When it comes to the Million Dollar Listing, it's all about the big houses, big personalities, and the even bigger deals — especially when it's about homes in the high-priced, flashy fantasylands of Hollywood and Malibu. This series follows two top real estate agencies and their hungriest powerbrokers as they try to reel in the biggest bounty possible. You'll ride shotgun in their expensive luxury cars as they chase down the hottest listings, match up buyers and sellers, and then get everyone to the negotiating table as fast as possible. But you won't believe what these agents will do to seal the deal. Each episode will feature a listing in both Hollywood and Malibu as viewers are taken through the life of the sale, from open houses to final offers and all the deal-licious drama in between.

MILLION DOLLAR LISTINGVery intriguing portrayal following a couple of real estate agents in Malibu. The best part of it was when it followed young Madison. If it continues to feature him, I'll at least watch the program!.Score: 5/5
PainfulThese people make me sick. scotty brown is so annoying that you should watch this show, just to hate him. the only people worth anything here are Ray and Dia who realize how lucky they are and crack open champagne every time some dimwit signs a listing agreement with them..Score: 2/5
Revealing stupidityAs a real estate industry insider, I think I'll move to Malibu and put those idiots out of business. It was entertaining for me to watch the mistakes these Realtors were making, but I'm not sure how entertaining it would be for the non-Realtor person. *** Spoiler *** (stop reading now if you haven't seen it yet!). I can't believe the blonde didn't kick in a few hundred dollars (or even a few thousand dollars) in order to save a $100,000+ commission!! What an idiot. Her whole manner of doing business was pathetic. I suppose the show's producers filmed many Realtors and decided to show only those that would get a rise out of viewers. Will I watch another episode? Maybe one more to make sure I haven't totally misjudged it..Score: 3/5
This show is CLASSICFirst off, you guys are haters. Although real estate agents take anywhere from 2-3 percent commision on home sales it's easy to see where that money is going: gas, advertisement, client dinners, broker fees, office fees, company fees, etc. Just because you get a check for 10k or 100k doesn't mean you're out in the clear. Do you honestly feel that these houses can be found by potential buyers on their own? Realtors provide a valued service where all the headaches and problems are taken out of the client's hands. All they have to do is sign on the dotted line and collect their money. Boo hoo..Score: 5/5

Has potentialI agree with the annonomous person. The show is interesting for me since I am a new realtor. I also agree that Shannon should have saved the deal by paying the small amount of money it would have cost to do the repairs. Her commission was over $100K come on!!!! I would have walked on fire to save that deal. I knew the right thing to do and I am a rookie how can she not have thought of that? I guess keeping her Ex happy and (her looks) are more important than her reputation as an agent or $100K. Please send me any deals you can't fix....Score: 3/5
