Bravo's "Top Chef" will call Houston, the nation's fourth largest city, home for season 19. The Emmy and James Beard Award-Winning series returns with host Padma Lakshmi, head judge Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons. Expect the unexpected as 15 talented chefs from across the country vie for the coveted title bringing their unique skillsets, variety of cuisines and gamut of flavors. In the all-new season, the chefs will put their expert take on iconic regional dishes, while also being immersed in the ethnic diversity that has come to define Houston's culinary identity.

Some Things Never ChangeItâs happening again: late release of episodes. We pay $25 for a season pass, and yet Amazon Prime has the episode available. I donât understand the delay and why the episode shows as available in the iTunes Store. Also not thrilled that Last Chance Kitchen is not included with the Season Pass. Why? Being charged for each episode despite purchasing season passI tried clicking on the $2.99 for the second episode, but I was charged for it despite having paid for the season pass. All subsequent episodes are also $2.99 even with the season pass. Frustrating! But that isn't the show's fault, this Top Chef is just as good as I've come to expect..Score: 5/5
