National Geographic KidsThis is a great, fun way to increase childrens vocab and help them to learn more about the world around is. Dudley Moore is a great narrator. My 3 year old boy and 7 year old girl both loves it and prefer it to some animated programs. The 3 year old thinks its great fun to repeat the words that flash on the screen like" migration" and "primate" etc. My 7 year old uses it to help her in projects for school. It's also a great aid for home schoolers..Score: 5/5
Great for little kidsOur kids (2&4) love these shows. They might be a little dated, but the kids don't notice. Great change of pace from the usual cartoons, and they've actually learned about the animals..Score: 4/5
Unbeatable!We take these on trips, along with Thomas and Bob the Builder. My kids prefer NGKids, hands down, and educationally, so do I. We have had the first seven for a while, and just saw that the next six are available. We'll be downloading at the next opportunity! My kids have learned so much!.Score: 5/5
Horrid...don't waste your moneyI downloaded this to show to my 4 year old boy. It has Dudley Moore (at his most annoying) as the narrator, and insipid music videos of the animals. My son was totally bored with it as was I. Needs more facts and less cutsey music-y numbers. They are children, not idiots. This may be better suited for very VERY small children. Like 1 year olds..Score: 1/5
