It's been three years since CTU agent Jack Bauer thwarted a terrorist attempt to plunge the United States into war. Now he's back in L.A. after working undercover for six months to bring down drug lord Ramon Salazar. But then the FBI receives a phone call threatening the release of a deadly virus in Los Angeles if Salazar isn't released from prison within six hours. As CTU races to locate the virus, Jack realizes that the only way to prevent additional terrorist demands is to find the source of the virus by breaking Salazar out of prison himself.
Jack Bauer, agent of CTU (Counter Terrorist Unit) faces threats against his country and himself in this action packed show. Each season contains of one day, each episode shows one hour of Jack Bauer's day. 24 is the only action show in real time and gained a lot of fans during the years with this concept.

24....a legacyOMG! this show is by far one of televisions greatest ever. There is non-stop action and tons of amazing plots. THe writers of this show are truely talented. THis was my favorite season and it is worth every penny. If you haven't seen 24 you should rent the seasons. you'll be addicted in no time..Score: 5/5

Jack Bauer at his darkest...The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars from me is the fact that the writers took the character of Kim Bauer in an unbelievable direction. Other than that, I feel this season is Keifer Sutherland's best work as far as portraying Jack. The awful things he is forced to do throughout this season have never been seen before in a hero on T.V. The way he captures Jack's torment and despondency over his actions is truely moving. The ensemble cast shines in this season as well, particulary the characters of Michelle, Chase and President & Mrs. Palmer. Die hard fans also gotta love the scene with Jack and Nina in CTU. If you won't get it on DVD, get it here for sure!!.Score: 4/5
I luv u 24!!!This show is one of the greatest shows on TV, its just so full of action, twists, adventure and more! Doesn't get better than thisRarely is T.V. so gripping. I ordered it from Netflix, so I was drawn to my computer, watching non-stop for 3 days straight. In my opinion, this season far outstretches every other one, except for perhaps season 5. This season is filled with twists, and turns, and my personal most favorite "24" scene ever, when Jack plays Russian Roulette. Suspensful seasonThis has got to be the most compelling season of 24 and really defines the show as one of the best (this season won golden globe for best tv series drama a few years back FYI). This is a definite must buy. Every episode had my heart racing. 24 in its earlier years were the most thrilling but I think now the novelty has worn off though. Best 24 SeasonAs above, This in my opinion is without doubt the best Season from the 24 Season Three effectively takes place three years after the events featured in Season Two. The season's main plot in short revolves around that of biological terrorism—Releasing a deadly virus into the Los Angeles populace. However this season is so-much more then that, it's without doubt so much more then any other of the 24 Days/Seasons. Revenge. Jail Brakes. Russian Roulette..
