Sports Action Team is a semi-scripted, irreverent, off-the-wall comedy that follows a hapless team of sports reporters who cover the national sports beat. In each episode, the Sports Action Team, in their delusional and misguided bid to reach the pinnacle of sports broadcasting, interacts with real-world professionals, amateur athletes, and celebrities. Along with a new group of stars, Jerry Rice returns as himself to kick off the new season, and Mike Ditka appears a few episodes later.

Surpriseingly funny!Ive never heard of them before until i became a crazy fan of curtis granderson, typed his name in to see what would come up, then got this. I bought it just because there was like 3 minutes of grandy in it but then when i watch the whole thing it was pretty funny! THANK YOU FOR THE PART WITH GRANDERSON!!! Best-Kept SecretThis show is hilarious. I stumbled upon it one Sunday night by accident, and I was floored. It is a mocumentery about third-rate ESPN wannabe sports reporters. They are somewhat cocky and self-absorbed, oblivious to the fact that they are a terrible news team. There is a charm to the shows low-budget nature. It is like the little-show-that-could. I love it. It is ensemble acting at its best. It is improve at its best. However, nobody I know (besides my wife) has even heard of it. NBC airs it at random times when nobody is watching, and it is the best-kept secret on television, which is kind of tragedy. This show should be on primetime..Score: 5/5

Office copyTHis was almost exactly like the office. Obviously a different plot but the characters have the exact same personalitys. A little boring and not as funny as the office but if its free its not that bad. Wouldnt watch again. Hope this helps!.Score: 2/5
WATCHThis show is the best kept secret on tv. I highly recommend watching a couple episodes. Twisted Sister is probably my favorite. Gone Fishing is excellent too. I have never reviewed anything on itunes before today--that is how much I like this show..Score: 5/5
