A great gem of the late 90'sThis is a great show. I started watching it and got back in to it a couple days ago after having not seen it in over 10 years and i still love it. It was ahead of it's time and they just dont make cartoons like this anymore. I grew up watching this show in 1999-2001 and I was 7 when it came out and 9 when it ended and I never missed an episode. I used to have my father record it for me and I would watch it early in the morning or later on that night. It's not just a cartoon for kids. Im 19 now and still enjoy it. I highly recommend it..Score: 5/5
Finally!I couldn't stop grinning when I noticed Batman Beyond and the other Batman/Superman 90's cartoons were added to itunes! They were my favevorites as a kid, and to have easy access to them makes me grateful that someone out there made the effort to get them posted. Excellent series!Action, drama, adventure, mystery, all wrapped up in a futuristic Bat suit! This series deftly explores the future of the Batman. New villains are introduced, and some old ones are given some new stories. Take this one for a test driveāyou won't be sorry. Rebirth and Dead Man's Hand are my favorites from the first season..Score: 5/5

Cool and edgy!!!What I like about this is the shift of the Old, hard-edged Bruce Wayne into curmudgeon, loner Ex-Batman, overseeing his young henchman in a new age. Best yet, it pays homage to the Dark Knight version of Batman while the graphic style harkens to a certain graphic novel style, almost a la COMICO's "Grendel"-- for those of you who KNOW This Animated series is not JUST for Kids. If you're an adult-- give it a try..Score: 5/5

Suffers the Superman syndrome...This series has everything going for it -- a tragic hero, decent writing, great music, nasty (if someone over-the-top) villains, great animation, lotsa 'splosions... but it's marred by the same flat voice talent that the Superman series has. Most lines are monotone and delivered with little emotion. It's a shame too - this series would easily be 5 stars otherwise..Score: 4/5

Batman Beyond anyones epectationsThis show is amazing. It did the impossible, put some one new in the bat suit. AND IT WASN'T DICK GRAYSON!!! This is a dark show, especially considering it was aimed at a younger audiance than its predecessor. Bruce Wayne is one cantankerous old coot and we love him all the more for it. Terry Mcginnis aka Batman is a 16 year old kid from the school of hard knocks, and a juvy veteran. This show will make you fall in love with Batman all over again. Recommended ages: 6 - 60.Score: 5/5

Too bad about the priceOne of the best Batman reimaginings ever made, but what else would you expect from the team that gave us possibly the best version of the Dark Knight ever. This astounding serise is so much darker that anything of the time or since. Everything from Toxic waste dumping to the dangers of peer pressure become more than warnings as we follow the next Batman in his journey from teenage waster to Dark Knight. If you remember Batman The Animated Series from the 1990s or have only picked up a copy of Frank Millers Dark Knight Returns you should see this. If only it was that little bit cheaper.Score: 4/5
