An Excellent adventureIn my opinion, this showcases the original sereis quite well. Incorrect release datesEpisodes 2, 3, and 4 have incorrect release dates which interferes with sorting the episodes correctly. I tried to report the problem in my purchase history, but the way the iTunes Store labels the Doctor Who Classic Series episodes, it is impossible to identify the correct entries. Great show but info was mixed upFar better quality than my old VHS tape. This is one of the best classic Doctor Who shows. Your thinking of buying this? Yes, of course it (anti)matters!I would boldly claim that this is one of those "classic" episodes that does what it says on the tin and becomes a "classic". With some fantastic performances from the likes of John Levene and Nicholas Courtney, the UNIT side of the story is well and truly covered. Then the magical performances from Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee really do make this story special, with good ol' William Hartnell to come and calm them down if they got "a bit too giddy"! Omega makes a great villain, with a further appearance from him in "Arc of Infinity", just proving that he's a classic. All in all, I think the story is well structured and the characters and settings are brilliant! This is a MUST-BUY!.Score: 4/5

Three heads are better than one! Er...well maybe!A strange substance is transmitted to Earth by 'Space Lightening'. It's target: The Doctor. As the substance increases in size and belligerance, UNIT finds itself under attack. The Doctor, unable to stop it sends a distress call to the Time Lords for help! But they too are under attack and decide it's up to the Doctor to help himself, and by doing so they break the 1st Law of Time! Enter...The Doctor & The Doctor to help...The Doctor! This is a good story to celabrate 10 years of Doctor Who, and Patrick Troughton revives his role as the mischievious incarnation of the Doctor, who can't seem to help but annoy his future self (Jon Pertwee); which relationship they revive in their next meeting in the Five Doctors. Their constant bickering cause the Time Lords to send William Hartnells Doctor to control them. As William Hartnells health was rapidly deteriorating, his interaction is kept to a minimum, only able to give advice over the TARDIS televiewer. A good story, with some amusing moments, but so-so special effects. This story introduces us to more Time Lord lore, and we find out how the Time Lords gained their power, and the terrible cost of that power!
