Lorelai's 16-year-old daughter, straight-A student Rory (Alexis Bledel, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants films) tries to prove herself at the exclusive Chilton Preparatory School, a daunting new world of girls with attitudes and boys with shiny cars. But when Rory meets Dean (Jared Padalecki, Supernatural), the attraction hits her like a ton of bricks, and single mom Lorelai begins to notice in Rory her own dreams and rebellious youth.

Top Quality TV DramaThis is the most underrated TV drama -dramedy ever. I f it had been on a major network it would be a living legend. The dialogue is extremely witty and keeps on giving. The acting and storytelling are first-rate. On a serious note it's also an intelligent comment on class in America..Score: 5/5

FINALLY!!!!This was the 1st drama I ever loved!! Lorelai is a kooky 32 year-old-mom and her brainy teen daughter. they have an amazingly cool bestfriend relationship unlike Lorelai has with her snooty mother, Emily. this is how a deep look-forward-to-drama-love started.....well, it got in by the 3rd season but I love this show either way!! Suki- Lorelai's bubbily chef friend Lane- Rory's rock-loving bestfriend that has to hide it from her extremely relgious mother. richard- Loerlai's workaholic dad, he and Rory get along because they love old literature. Dean- Rory's oh-so perfect 1st love/boyfriend. Christopher- Rory's dad, shares Lor's kooky interest but isn't a grown-up type of adult. Luke- grumpy diner owner& Lor's love interest Kirk- town werido who works EVERY where and the other lovable characters of starhallow and despicable teens of Chilton Acadmey.Score: 4/5
BUST SHOW ON THE PLANET!Gilmore Girls has been my second life for the past 2 years and I have enjoyed every bit of every episode. The cast is perfect and I wouldn't want them to change a single thing. You fall in love with every character and can't help but wish there was a place like Stars Hollow. A rainy day cureJust the thing to watch when you are feeling a little bit blue about anyting - Lauren Graham is Lorelai Gilmore! The show moves along at a good pace, tackling many situations that people come across at some point in their lives, and deals with them in a genuine, touching and usually funny way. I am very pleased that iTunes have put the Gilmore Girls on the store, it is my rainy day tonic and I recommend it to everyone else!.Score: 5/5

The ultimate in guilty pleasures...Genuinely charming and funny show that often teeters on the brink of corniness, but the high standard of acting from the two leads and snappy dialogue ensures that it comes across as sweet rather than unbearably schmaltzy. Its depiction of small town life is unrealistic and idealistic, but for me it is part of the charm of the show. If you are looking for a large slice of wholesome escapism that warms the heart, then you can do a lot worse than check this out..Score: 5/5
