After saving the life of the President, two Secret Service agents find themselves abruptly transferred to Warehouse 13 — a massive, top-secret storage facility in windswept South Dakota which houses every strange artifact, mysterious relic, fantastical object, and supernatural souvenir ever collected by the U.S. government. The Warehouse's caretaker Artie (Saul Rubinek) charges Pete (Eddie McClintock) and Myka (Joanne Kelly) with chasing down reports of supernatural and paranormal activity, as well as helping him to control the warehouse itself.

Thank goodness for pilots.I was honestly enthused by this, a but unsure as i downloaded the pilot. As the episode progressed i slowly came to the stark realisation that this was 1/3 x-files, 1/3 supernatural, 1/3 week old, salty garbage. The suspension of disbelief is something i believe in strongly (deep!) but this takes it just that extra step too far. FYI. So far, so badFinally got around to watching the pilot, and it was awful. It had some of the worst acting and dialog I've seen in a long time, even accounting for the fact that it's sci fi. Maybe I'll watch another episode to see if it gets better—pilots are notoriously bad—but it doesn't look promising. Compared to a smart show like Eureka, this just falls flat..Score: 2/5
ImdadragonWhen this series started I thought the premise that this stuff would be stored and not messed about with marginal at best. After a few episodes I started to excuse the silliness of the premise and just started to enjoy the characters. Now I'm hooked. A good recommendation from a friend,Coming to it as it's virtually finishing, I was dreading that this series might be a bit cheap and cheesy, but hey - it's rather good. Not as sombre as the X-Files, nor with The Fringe characters who were perhaps a little cold and distant, this has a humourous warmth and charm with some good dialogue. If you're struggling to find a good endearing SF show that doesn't irk or just turn into a chore for you, than go with this...Score: 5/5
