Skyrunners is Disney XD’s first original movie! This sci-fi adventure follows teenage brothers Tyler (Joey Pollari) and Nick Burns (Kelly Blatz of Disney XD's Aaron Stone) who commandeer a small UFO that crashes near their town. When the brothers learn of an ominous alien plot to take over the earth, worlds will collide as the brothers must save one another . . . and the earth!

First review by someone who's actually seen this! ;) Actually, it turns out that the free part of this movie that iTunes/Disney have offered up really is worth a few stars almost despite the obvious casting of Shia-Lite (Kelly Blatz). Kelly's required to play almost the same character that he does in Aaron Stone; a boy who finds himself in extraordinary circumstances by route of doing things that ordinary kids do all the time without getting anything more than repetitive stress injuries (Aaron Stone) or reprimands (this show), so it's no stretch for him. Still, he is kind of charming and manages to make you forget for most of the free 24 minutes that anyone who actually did the moronic and dangerous things that he and his brother do here would probably end up quite dead or, as one of the characters threatens, locked away somewhere. This is another Disney offering where cuteness bludgeons logic to death at every convenient turn. An alien vehicle lands in front of you? Sure go ahead and touch it (it won't kill you). Better yet, take it with you (it won't kill you later, when it's hungry and those men with badges and guns won't hurt you either). Use it to get the obligatory vacuous hot girl who will undoubtedly turn out not to be so vacuous later on. When the government agent shows up and threatens to lock the kids and their mother up, let's have him arrive with the local news media so that he's unable to actually deliver on that threat. There are lots of things that happen in this portion of the movie that should lead to pain, death or a long time spent in a prison where no one even acknowledges that you're an inmate and yet cuteness keeps this from happening repeatedly. The weird thing is; despite this over-abundance of cuteness wins I still liked what I saw. I don't know if it's a sign of the times or if I'm entering my second childhood but there was something really enjoyable about this show despite it's flaws..Score: 4/5

Just Enough to `Star Wars'!!!I just watched this movie, &, #1. i Thought the new music video, Low Day, by Capra, was perfect for this movie. {check out the single, Low Day} (That was off topic...) #2. I'm a big fan of star wars, so this is great for me and any other star wars fan. #3. the plot at the end is just great, ( [important:] don't read what's up next if you don't want me to spoil the movie,) the alien earth environment destroyer looked awesome!!! {you can read now!,} #4. the awesome sky chases with the laser battle was just awesome!!!!!! but, [and don't read this if don't want me to spoil the end,] I can't believe at at the end there were still 4 more Armstrongs/aliens. like Star Wars, action/adventure, sci-fi, or all of the above, you should really, see, then maybe like, this movie!!! AwesomeI wanted to see this movie because of Kelly Blatz (of Aaron Sone,which by the way i am so upset the show is now over :'( .) and because of Joey Pollari (I saw him in Avalon High and loved him) and im glad i did because this is a pretty good made for tv movie, it has some adventure, action, sci-fi, and a hint of romance...what more good anyone ask for..Score: 4/5
