Mark Valley (Fringe, Boston Legal) stars as Christopher Chance, a mysterious security agent for hire who assumes different identities, at times literally becoming a human target on behalf of his clients. Assisted by his business partner, Winston (Chi McBride – Pushing Daisies; Boston Public; I, Robot), and associate/hired gun, Guerrero (Jackie Earle Haley – upcoming The Nightmare on Elm Street, Watchmen, Little Children), Chance puts himself directly in the line of fire, racing against the clock before his client's time runs out. But does anyone know who Chance really is? What would make a man willingly become a human target?

Fun show!I grew up in the 80's and fell in love with TV shows like "Fall Guy" and "A-Team" .. That being said .. this show brings me back to the good ole days when TV shows were just plain FUN. Tons of action and adventure, great acting, and a lot of production value (from what I can tell) are thrown into every episode. It makes for a high quality show that is a blast for the WHOLE family!.Score: 5/5
Great to Good?Season 1 was very good, compelling tv. Great action, humor, over the top but fun. Season 2 so far is ok. I like the Ilsa Puci character, but I wish she werent in every episode. She is great to look at, but I would like to see her be more like the "charlie" character in Charlies Angels, relevent to the show but in the background. By the way last years opening theme song was far superior to the offering this year. Why do people mess with a good thing?.Score: 4/5

I am a "Human Target" fan.I really enjoyed this pilot although I just caught it on TV by sheer luck. Let's hope they do a better chance of marketing this show. The characters are wonderful and I thought they were a great fit for the dynamic of the show. I would be happy to be a 'Human Target' fan. Hope the ratings are good.Score: 5/5

Caught the Pilot by "Chance"I just happened to catch the pilot to this show while channel surfing one night, and started watching it. Although I've missed an episode (and it seems there is an episode missing from teh list! the one with the train?) due to the fact that my TV station aired the pilot two weeks in a row, I really like this show! MehThis show has a good concept but in my opinion the actors can't seem to pull it off (it could be that im just not used to this kind of show). Turn your brain off and enjoyWhile I'm still irrate at fox for cancelling the incredibly well scripted show Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles. This is an excellent show on the other end of things. it is not bad writing, but it is simple writing. You are able to just sit back and enjoy without getting caught up in a large continuity and who cheated on who this week. It's just simple and fun with great characters who work well together and are very well cast..Score: 4/5
Absolutely fun and amazingHuman Target reminds me of the good old 70s and 80s shows like T.J. Hooker, Knight Rider, or movies like Die Hard. No conflicting moral dilemmas or overly complicated messages about discovering one's self. Just good action with underlying hints of angst. The cast is amazing. Mark Valley as the protagonist is a brilliant choice, his straight-face humour provides a great delivery of good-guy-with-shady-dangerous-past. I have been a fan of his from Boston Legal, and this is truly showcasing his talent. McBride is a great choice as a the 'side-kick boss', and Haley well captures the scariness of Guerrero. The approach of 'flash-back' story telling is fun and makes for an interesting approach to learning the story. This show is definitely worth the watch and at $20 the season is very very reasonably priced. Why I gave it 4 stars out of 5... The stories are fun but the scripts are a bit predictable. Some of the dialogues aren't as biting as they could be, but I suspect that it will improve as time goes on. If this show can create something like a 'Moonlighting' or 'House' level of sharpness in its dialogues and delivery it would be great. Glaringly missing is Chance's love interest. There is a hint of a dark past regarding case 001 and "Katherine" but the angst is not as deep. Why you should watch it... Because simple fun 'non-preachy' shows are hard to come by and when one does, it should be supported..Score: 4/5

Desperately waiting for eps 7, 9, and 10!I haven't been such a dedicated fan of television in a long time, until I saw this show! Great action, with quips of humor tossed in to keep it from getting too heavy. A great mix of good guys and bad guys in the main cast. I love that it's shot in Vancouver, but I'm still waiting for the rest of the episodes to become availible. They've already aired in Canada, so why can't FOX make them availible. I hope they don't cancel this show. I feel a letter/viral campaign coming on if they do!!! This is one of the few shows I tune into every week, even if its a re-run, just so I can see it again!.Score: 5/5
