Bones, a darkly amusing procedural entering its sixth season, is inspired by real-life forensic anthropologist and novelist Kathy Reichs. Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) is a highly skilled forensic anthropologist who works at the Jeffersonian Institute in Washington, D.C., and writes novels on the side. While most people can’t handle Brennan’s intelligence, her drive for the truth or the way she flings herself headlong into every investigation, Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) of the FBI’s Homicide Investigations Unit is an exception. A former Army sniper, Booth mistrusts science and scientists – the “squints,” as he calls them – who pore over the physical evidence of a crime. But even he cannot deny that the combination of his people-smarts and Brennan’s scientific acumen makes them a formidable duo. As Season Six begins, Cam finds her job as a federal medical examiner and her reputation in danger due to the politics surrounding a stalled case involving the remains of a child on her pathology table. One by one, the team members come home in order to solve the mystery behind the child’s death and to preserve the reputation of one of their own. Also this season, Booth has moved on emotionally, as he told Brennan he needed to do, and has entered into a serious relationship with a war correspondent.
F.B.I. Agent Seeley Booth is teamed up with forensic anthropologist Dr. Temperance "Bones" Brennan to solve some of the most baffling and bizarre crimes ever. Booth depends on clues from the living, witnesses and suspects, while Brennan gathers evidence from the dead, relying on her uncanny ability to read clues left behind in the bones of the victims.

Just... wowLove. This. Show. There must be a team of geniuses on the writing team. I don't know how else they can think of so many ways to kill people and still make it this interesting. The twists never dissapoint and the characters personalities most definately add to the chemistry of the show. Bones and Booth are electric together, and their chemistry is one of the most exciting things about the show. Bones & itBones Series 6 works on the whole, sticking fairly well to a tried a trusted format. But for some reason, those above have decided to do a spin-off show - The Finder - and introduce it by way of episode 19 of this series. What a waste of time! The new characters in this are irritating to the point of making one want to give up on the whole Bones series. In this episode there are very few appearances by Booth, Bones and the squint squad, but a lot of boring and inane drivel from the three main characters of The Finder, ie Mat, Ike and their lawyer. To label this as a full episode of Bones is stretching the imagination somewhat. To the guys at Fox TV - do the world a favour and prevent a lot of suffering. Forget about 'The Finder' and bury it in a deep dark hole somewhere it can't be found. Stick to making episodes of Bones that actually have Brennan, Booth and the rest of the gang in them! Short version - 2 out of 10 for effort. Could do better..Score: 2/5
