Phineas and Ferb rocks the Disney ChannelPhineas and Ferb has to be Disney Channel's first longest running animated series since Kim Possible (which ran from 2002 to 2007). The show aired two previews in 2007, on on August 17 and on September 28 and when it officially premiered on February 1, 2008, it became a global phenomenon and is Disney Channel's first animated series to have summer as its central theme. The show is about stepbrothers Phineas and Ferb, who are very handy with tools, using their creativity and innovative skills to produce out of this world inventions. While this happens, their nosy sister Candace always tries to bust them for doing these things but everytime she does, she fails and this is because Phineas and Ferb's pet Perry the Platypus secretly fights evil with the evil Dr. Doofenshmritz and it is because of his inators that make Phienas and Ferb's creations disappear. This show is one of Disney Channle's finest and was just renewed for a fourth season, with new episodes rolling out through 2013 and 2014. Can't wait for it to premiere. The show will even have a crossover with the Marvel universe. Super excited. In conclusion, I would just like to say, watch Phineas and Ferb because it will charm both children, teens and adults alike. Hope you like it..Score: 5/5

Aren't you a little young to be tv stars? Yes, yes we are.I love watching this show... my sons (6 & 7 years old) love watching this show. The season usually starts off slow for me (that's only my opinion). I have to say we didn't really watch the last few episodes, until my younger son saw: "Where's My Perry" commercial on Disney. I love how in the middle or at the end of every season they answer all these 'what-if' questions that we have. Right after my sons watch this, they usually go outside and pretend to build something like Phineas and Ferb..Score: 5/5
Which FanStage are you in?Without a doubt, Phineas and Ferb is the best animated show to come along in a very long time. The creators of the show got their start with Family Guy, and it shows in the off-the-wall humor and repeated gags for comic effect. Of course, the tone of the show is not the TV-14 of Family Guy (which is good for me because, frankly, Family Guy takes it too far too often). And the extremely catchy song every show feature is another part of this repetition to good effect. I have learned something by judging from the reactions of my own son in addition to inferring the age level of some of the critical comments made here and elsewhere: This show works on numerous levels. Ostensibly, it's aimed at 7-10 year olds, and it certainly works on that level with its short episodes, high-action sequences, and liveliness. Once children migrate out of this age range, they tend to think that they've "grown up" beyond the range of the show. Not so, I say. The show works on another level, which I'll say is in the 14-16 year old range. They can get the humor in repeated references to earlier episodes and a different set of sight gags and puns. They probably roll their eyes at the cutesy stuff and tell themselves that "whacha do-oo-in'?" and the various songs are tolerable, but not what they're in for. Then, at some point, they grow out of this range, too, leaving it for the "kids" to watch. Not so fast, I say. The show continues to work on an even higher (or deeper) level, targeting adults. Most of the gags at this level are not the laugh-out-loud kind, but more of the kind that one appreciates as humorous and grants a wry smile to. Simple things like the episode titles -- say, the recent "Sipping With the Enemy" -- or various throwaway lines, like the episode where both Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Buford complain about their broken echoes. The show is absolutely LOADED with one-liners and puns (Major Monogram's delivery of the line "Cheese and crackers" in "Summer Belongs to You" is absolutely priceless) that are eminently quotable. These jokes only work if one has a deep enough base knowledge of history and pop culture, which one can really only gain with age. In short, there is no outgrowing this show. And the songs deserve some attention, too. It blows my mind that they are able to hit so many musical genres -- from kiddie pop to J-Pop to showtunes to hard rock -- and nail it every time. Many of these songs have a surprising degree of subtlety and depth; "Hey Ferb" from "Rollercoaster: The Musical" is a great example of this as the backup singers toward the end of the song sing the line, "Boredom is something up with which I will not put", which reintegrates one of the first lines that Phineas has in the pilot. Make no mistake: Phineas and Ferb is the smartest animated show I've seen since Animaniacs and early seasons of The Simpsons. It is clever and witty. And it uses its "predictable" story structure in a way that generates immense creativity from its writers. I can not recommend a show any more highly..Score: 5/5
