The fourth season of the drama finds most of its characters in hot water as Lockhart/Gardner attempts to avoid liquidation in bankruptcy court. Kalinda's estranged husband becomes one of the firm's newest clients, and starts to throw Kalinda off her game just as Will finally returns to work. Alicia must defend Zach in court after he videotapes a cop who pulls him over for a drug search. She also finds herself in familiar territory when a campaign worker says she slept with Peter just as he gears up his campaign for the Illinois governorship.

The Good Wife 4th Season uninterrupted on iTunes!!!Never mind that The Good Wife is a soap opera; The Good Wife is a very well written serial television drama, employing some of the best actors & actresses available today. It is about the people, real characters with human feelings and failings, exaggerated for theatrical effect, but not caricatured to beyond believability. Rest in Peace Tony Scott! We purchased a season pass to the 4th Season because CBS has shown no respect for this series or to the fans that watch "their" show. Is sports that important? Then schedule around the sports! We missed four (4) episodes out of ten (10) because CBS overran the time-slot by 20 to 60 minutes! This is outrageous! And is CBS going to apologize to the production company when ratings fall because of CBS programming incompetence? Yeah, right! Enough! The Good Wife is a superb television drama. Bright, lively, topical, timely, and fun! We normally purchase HD episodes and movies; we've found that The Good Wife 4th Season in SD plays exceptionally well on our Philips 40" LCD HDTV. The very best way to view this program is to subscribe to a season pass on iTunes, and watch without commercial, incompetent programming, or inconsiderate corporate interruptions! AddictingI initially did not start watching this show until the summer of 2010, after the first season had aired. Loved the premise and the complexity of the characters in the Pilot. First few episodes are slow but intriguing. After that, season one gets off to a great start. You will see why the show got its name and how difficult it is for Alicia (portrayed by the gorgeous Julianna Margulies) to remain a "good wife", both at work and at home. (A) Season two was PHENOMENAL. This was when the creators really struck gold and found their stride and got the ball rolling. Cases became more complex, and politics really came into play. It was downright dirty and completely realistic to everything politicians and lawyers have to deal with. Every episode in this season was amazing, with lots of cliffhangers and shockers. After you finish these 23 episodes, you'll understand why this show has received such critical acclaim and so many nominations. (A+) Season three, compared to the first two seasons, loses some of that shine it once had. Not saying it isn't watchable anymore, just that some of the plots and storylines fell flat or never really carried over. It was a slight mess, but by this point, you've realized that it's such an outstandingly written program, that you'll still hopefully want to see what the next episode has in store. After reflecting at the end of these 22 episodes, you'll understand what will carry over into season four. (B) Currently, 6 episodes of season four have aired so far, and the writers have hit every episode out of the park. They've jam-packed so many guest stars into every episode that you wouldn't believe it could humanely work, but it does! And they cast the characters PERFECTLY. I believe this season has the potential to equal that of season two. Grade (so far): A Anyone who buys the first three seasons will not be disappointed. This is my absolute favorite show, I look forward to every single episode. It is, without a doubt, the best scripted show on television in the past 5 years. Hopefully I have persuaded you enough to spend the money, although it does cost a little much. I'm a 22 year old guy saying that any adult would be able to enjoy this drama. Fantastic showGreat show have watched from the very first season. £30 a bit expensive so I'll probably download it in blocks of 4 and 7 episodes. I think £30 for any tv show is too much. Seasons 1-3 are also £30 SD, it's a first class show though, I guess you get what you pay for!!!.Score: 5/5
