Meh…Lost and The Walking Dead 30X betterWanted to really like this. Like JJ Abrahms, Lost and The Walking Dead. They try to recycle the same formula but with pretty bad actors that no one really cares for and look forward to dying for their annoyance factor. It may also be that the Obama Speech writer Jon Favreau has too much influence in trying to put his politics into the show. That probably is its ultimate downfall. Overall this is when Lost was really "Lost " during the crappy parts of Season 3-4. Save your money and move along..Score: 2/5

Directionless and InfuriatingI tried to give Revolution a chance. I watched the first 15 episodes and then skimmed through the last 5 episodes. It starts off with potential and then squanders and destroys that potential every chance it gets, especially during episodes 11-20 when the plot becomes incomprehensible. My main problems with Revolution are inconsistent characterizations, too many character deaths for the sake of making the world seem dangerous, silly science, and uninspired love triangles despite the lack of chemistry between the actors. But my biggest problem with Revolution is that it tells the viewer how she should feel: here are the good guys and here are the bad guys, it defines them in cookie-cutter ways even though the good guys are as morally ambiguous as the bad guys. Don't tell me who to root for, Revolution, let me decide. Plus, Miles Matheson is a total Mary Sue. Every female character wants to be with him, every male character is obsessed with him, even though he is morose, hypocritical, and relatively selfish. Complete mess of a show. Initially I enjoyed how bad it was, but eventually it just became bad..Score: 2/5
Absolutely IncredibleThis show is not intended for scientific meanings or logics. This show stands to show us how much we rely on technology and it does so in a marvelous way. It brings action, thriller, and mystery all into one outstanding show. The scenes, actors, cameras, props, effects and much more add up to what a great show this is. I would recommend this to anyone who isn't tasteless..Score: 5/5

SolidNikkobaud, most steam technology would takes years to reproduce as the knowledge is not common and the parts not all together. And let's face it, if law and order fails in these shows it's not usually the academics who might know how to build that stuff, with hand tools remember, would live through the violence. Greggory. Diesel?So in the scene where all of the cars on the highway stopped dead, where was the guy still trundling along in his old diesel Mercedes? The lack of electrical power will not effect the ability of a diesel engine to still run as long as the car was built before the advent of electronic engine management systems. All someone with one of these cars would need in a post electric world would be a supply of diesel (or animal fat or plant oils) and a hill (or team of horses) to bump start the car (or truck) and transportation would be a snap (kind of). This is not theory. My fathers sawmill employed a WW2 surplus diesel engine and once it was started for the day (the only electrical component was the starter) the battery was returned to the forklift. As long as something oily and somewhat flammable trickled into the engine it would run. Good show despite the plot holes. Maybe they could hire me as a tech consultant. All they would have to pay me is a mid to late 60's diesel Mercedes. That way I'll be ready for life after electricity. :-).Score: 3/5

It's good so far...An imaginative series with great potential. You can tell this was created by J.J. Abrams because it has a lot of the long arcing mystery elements that he does so well (giving the series a bit of a LOST feel). I don't know if Tracy Spiridakos was the best casting choice for Charlie; I sometimes feel that her acting is very awkward/non-realistic, however she has been getting better and the rest of the cast has been stellar. Looking forward to the rest of the season!.Score: 4/5

UNIMPRESSIVEBased just on the first episode, the show hasn't got a technological clue. From early 21st century back to the 18th century. NO STEAM POWER apparent -- no steam powered factories, or ships, or railroads -- as if steam technology needed electricity to run, or never even existed. A HUGE detraction to the series premise. They'd better hurry up and reinvent steam for future episodes. Otherwise, it seems to be saying that all human knowledge was stored electronically and is no longer accessible to most who now know only how to chop wood, milk cows, plant veggies, and ride horses. D'oh! The acting is mostly okay..Score: 1/5
