Loved one, not the otherBand of Brothers is fantastic. Iā€™ve been to a lot of those battlefields. My grandfather was there (not in the airborne). Great series with amazing accuracy. The Pacific just wasnā€™t great to me. The advisors dropped the ball. Some of those actors had three inches of hair across their forehead! Would never happen. You couldnā€™t tell time he passed because they all had long hair the whole series. When they faded to the actual photos at the end notice NONE of them had long hair. Sorry, those little details drive me nuts. Sailors carrying their bags in their right hand (you have to salute with that hand, always carry in the left). Both series are great testimonies to that generation. Glad they were made and that I can watch them..Score: 4/5

Great series at a great price - with all the extras! One advantage the UK iTunes store has over the US one is the price for the excellent Band of Brothers and The Pacific (Ā£24.90 each in HD vs $54.99 each in HD on the US store), but the UK series miss out on the excellent documentaries, which the US iTunes releases have. It's an absolute delight, therefore, to see this bundle - both series for an even cheaper Ā£39.99 in HD, with all the extras that are on the US store releases! Complete bargain, and I'd thoroughly recommend buying it if you don't own the two series already..Score: 5/5

Some people prefer ā€˜Band of Brothersā€™ and others prefer ā€˜The Pacificā€™ for their own reasons.
