Off to a fantastically slow startOf the first 6 episodes of the season, three aren't especially good (1-3) and three are actually unwatchable (4-6). I wish I could get a refund as I have no desire to watch the next four episodes at this point. Also, if you're paying attention, all of the 5 star ratings people have given this season have nothing to do with THIS season. Almost all of them admit the fact that the initial episodes have been bad. They are giving this season 5 stars for what South Park has done in the past, which is misleading and unhelpful..Score: 2/5
Lacking LusterIf they put half the effort they used on the opening sequence change and applied it to the story lines this season may have provided the joy of old. One would expect with fewer episodes a more refined presentation, instead it comes across as half-assed. Episode 2 with the Cable Company could easily be applied to South Park and its fan base. Missing is the usual cohesion of the characters and closure within the stories. I would suggest that you watch it online/TV prior to downloading. My 2 cents..Score: 3/5

Love South ParkI laughed through both of the season to date episodes for season 17. I thought they were very clever tackling very unique topics in a fun way. The situations and lengths the boys go to in order to make a point is first of all still very funny to me and why I love the show. Second, I love how they can take a very hot topic in the media today and turn it on its ear. They don't have to close the plot because the issue still goes on. They do not profess to solve world hunger, only to make sure its looked at from a different point of view instead of the one we see in the news..Score: 5/5

Great Season!I just finished watching all the available episodes. If your a fan of South Park, it is a definite purchase. If you have played their new game "Stick Of Truth", you will love the references to the game. I'm hoping the next episodes will be available soon. I never watched South Park, but I really loved the game and these episodes. I would recommend this to a lot of older viewers..Score: 4/5

Season Pass?Brilliant as ever, but I need my fix, it's been ages waiting for this series and now it's been two weeks since I last had an episode. Been existing on Tom Cruise packing fudge, wondering why Casa Bonita never made it to Season Of The Fan, and hoping they make another feature very soon. It feels like the right time for all these things but for now can I have Episode 4?
