Awesome!First of all, the deluxe edition is awesome and has great content for the price. second, if anyone actually thought they were going to see it on the night it was on tv then they are clearly unfamiliar with how a season pass works. any horrible review because people didn’t read how season pass works should be ignored..Score: 5/5
Doctor Who: Time of the Doctor (Deluxe Edition)Very misleading indeed iTunes. The Clock Strikes TwelvesI wouldn’t of made it through the Eleventh’s regeneration without Amelia Pond by his side so thank you Karen Gillan! Matt you’ve been an amazing Doctor these past 4 years and have slowly wiggled your way into my heart and Whovians around the world, we couldn’t of missed your regeneration for the world. You’ve been one hell of a Doctor, you’ve brought us fish fingers and custard, bow ties that are cool, new dances, geronimo, a multitude of hats and the most amazing adventures. It’s funny I was watching the Graham Norton show not to long ago when he asked what was the audiences fantasies and at first I didn’t have a clue, but then I remembered like Amelia Pond, I was waiting for the Doctor and with you in our hearts I have journeyed to become who I am today filled with hope and knowing that I will never grow up at least not completely. As you leave and regenerate into a new Doctor, us Whovians will keep an ear out for the Tardis and its sounds and we will never forget you!.Score: 5/5
Bought the season pass giving 5 stars but.Im actually very dissapointed I bought the season pass for this becuase I want to watch the time of the doctor deluxe edition. However I already owned end of time part 1 and end of time part 2 hd I wish when you purchase things like this it gives you the season pass but dosen't make you own a duplicate of the episodes you already own. it should sort those things out. but none the less I gave it 5 stars becuase Doctor who is a great tv series..Score: 5/5
PatientThe episode wont be on iTunes until it airs on tv, and the fact that some of you are mad that they charged you for the other episodes is stupid because your the ones that paid for it. You could have read over what they were charging you for, and made a different choice, but you didnt. You could have been patient and waited to buy the episode after it aired or you can be content to wait like the rest of us are forced to, and enjoy Doctor Who like the Whovians I hope you are. Not Bad…but Not Great Either.I was really excited for this episode. Given the greatness of the 50th anniversary special, I was hoping that the same energy would be portrayed here. And to some degree I wasn't disappointed. However, without giving anything away, there were serious faults with Matt Smith's last episode. Primarily with the number of villains. While the teasers promised an epic last adventure for Smith's departure, I found that by including most of the major villains of the Doctor, it left very little time for storyline advancement. Enemies were introduced and then passed over more times than I can count. It would have been best to stick with one enemy (probably the Daleks ) and allow the rest of the time for awesome action/story advancement. Instead, there was little time for either. In addition, this episode lost a lot of the sadness/final feelings that made Tennant's exit so good. Smith's regeneration seemed rushed and the actual switch was really fast. Sadly, they left out a majority of Smiths cast (Dr. River Song especially), and at the end it seemed that they just ran out of time. I did enjoy this episode, but if you are looking for something like the 50th anniversary special (or the last episode before that "The Name of the Doctor"), then you will probably be disappointed..Score: 3/5
The episode is epic, but BBC’s organization couldn’t be worseAs a new Doctor Who fan that recently started watching the series from the Chris Eccleston’s portrayal as the Doctor, I have to say that there couldn’t be a better episode, along with Day of the Doctor, to cap off the experience. What a tremendous payoff this is! However, it reflects poorly on BBC’s hodgepodge presentation of various Doctor Who bundles that neither this set nor the 50th Anniversary set has a season associated with it, leaving them to confusingly mix together. Surely there must be a better way to organize these two sets than to leave them as “No Season” titles? It’s left my Doctor Who collection a terrible mess. If not for this, it would definitely have gotten five stars..Score: 4/5
