This anime is enthralling from start to finish. The plots are fantastic, and the show will keep you on the edge of your seat. Makishima is a perfect villain, and the main characters were really well-written. *SPOILER ALERT* The only part I didn't like about this show is how Kagari was killed off. He was one of the show's best characters and while I could understand why the Sibyl System would eliminate him, it will never not hurt to think about his loss.
This is one of the best series I've watched in the last few years! Loved it. Waiting on Season 2 to be available on iTunes. Hopefully soon.
Just don't miss it
Well worth watching!
How will you live in a dystopian world where a computer program can decide whether you are psychologically fit to live in society by measuring how likely you are to commit a crime? Join the team of Inspectors and Enforcers as they uphold the rules of this society. This is a good crime thriller anime with strong characters. If you enjoyed Ghost in the Shell and Minority Report this is anime is for you.
Im glad Funimation is doing dubs for this. c: This is one of my favorite animes, despite the flaws in the story and how short Season it was. Japanese are making Season 2 (So they say) and Im excited and cannot wait till Funimation will take on hte English Dub Versions of it. I Love both versions subbed and dubbed so it's pretty interesting and now Im re-watching it as English Dub.
Well worth it...though I wish the Japanese version was on here.
A relatively new show About a totalitarian police state operating under "The Syble System;" which determines your job, health problems, awa reading the thoughts of all citizens. Enabling criminals to be arrested or executed without a confession prior to ever having committed a crime. "Thought crime" as described by George Orwell in his book 1984 is a literal thing in the truest sense of the word. Despite this, the people are kept in check by its benefits. Crime is virtually non-existent, as is unemployment. So called "quality of life" is at record highs and despite the country's state of total isolationism, innovation and automation have ensured that there are never production shortages. But what happens when the system gets it wrong? Secrets lurk everywhere and all is not right in the capitol. When you lurn the truth, which side will you take?... Truly a great show. One well worth checking out. It's currently on Netflix BTW.
Good Sci-fi set anime.
You will not be let down with Psycho Pass thats all I have to say. :)
