When viewers first met famous mystery novelist Richard Castle he was creatively blocked. But when the NYPD questioned him in connection with a series of murders staged to imitate crime scenes from his books, Castle found inspiration in NYPD Detective Kate Beckett. Once that initial case was solved, Castle and Beckett continued to investigate strange homicides in New York, combining Castle’s writer intuition and Beckett’s creative detective work. Over the years they did more than just solve crimes though -- they fell in love, started dating and then finally decided to get married. At the season finale, as Castle was driving to his much-anticipated nuptials, an ominous black SUV came down on him. When he didn’t show up to the wedding, Beckett was called to an accident scene where she saw Castle’s car in a ravine, engulfed in flames. Season 7 will pick-up at the scene of that accident, right where the finale left off, in a premiere that promises to put Beckett through the toughest case of her career.
Castle follows Rick Castle who is one of the world's most successful crime authors. But when his rock star lifestyle isn't enough, this bad boy goes looking for new trouble and finds it working with smart, beautiful Detective Kate Beckett. Inspired by her professional record and intrigued by her buttoned-up personality, Castle's found the model for his bold new character whether she likes it or not. Now with the mayor's permission, Castle is helping solve crime with his own twist.

DisappointedI don”t like the idea of Beckett and Castle not getting married. In addition, making Castle a bad guy who suddenly, doesn’t want to get married because of his past, I really don:t like. I am disaapointed with the first to episodes. They were interesting, but are developing a Castle who murder and now he wants to get, ridicuolous. What happen you changed the screen writer? why don’t you marry Castle and Beckett? All the seria end in the same thing, you evolve the characters to love each other and then suddenly their separate. That doesn’t happen in the real world for every single person. We have many married copules who work together and go thru difficulties. Not convenced with the way it is developing. I probably will stop seeing it. I bought the 7th season thinking, Castle and Beckett get married, and it seems thats not going to happen. No like, no me gusta…..Score: 3/5
Nathan Fillion, star of Firefly, is a great actor.Castle is a great show. I started watching because I am such a fan of Fillion’s work, but now enjoy all the characters. Recently I rented Bad Santa, because I had forgotten what caused Castle to get kicked out of the precinct. This is not going to work well, I don’t think. They’ll have to get him back. However, the show has its own momentum, so one never knows. I am grateful I can buy episodes that I miss. Thank you! Giles.Score: 5/5
Really??I was really disappointed with the first episode, did they changed director? I felt Nathan unplugged, like Nathan and Stana were not into the scene, specially the last one. I'm a big fan, but this time I did not like it, something is missing, I'll wait for the evolution and see..Score: 3/5
BEST SHOW EVER!!!!!!!!!I will admit, this season has been different from the others. This has probably been my least favorite season but otherwise, I couldn't live without this show!! I absolutely love it. Seen every episode ever made and have all the seasons! I've got all my friends hooked as well! Everything on this show is perfect! The chemistry between Nathan and Stana is fantastic as always! If you haven't seen it, go watch it now from the beginning, you won't regret it!.Score: 5/5
