DI Humphrey Goodman is played by Kris Marshall. Unfortunately, Humphrey’s naturally bumbling and accident-prone ways mean he doesn't make a great first impression. Nevertheless, the team are determined to catch the killer of their friend, and set to work helping local police to solve a series of mysterious murders.

Much better than expected.I was skeptical (extremely!) that another actor could match Poole for Britishness humor and heart, but they did it, amazingly. Worth watching. The characters retain their unique qualities, the mysteries are interesting, and the sense of upbeat Caribbean outlook remains. Looking forward to Series 4!.Score: 5/5
