️STARS in my eyes ⭐️❤️This show has so much heart, it's beautiful. Really, everything about it is beautiful: the colors and the music are dreamy and gorgeous, the diversity of the characters and cast is WINNING and very much needed and so important for children to see on television! and the lovely heartwarming relationships between the characters make it a GREAT emotional pick-me-up for a twenty year old like myself. I know I can count on this show to be a little reminder of what I love most about this world, and about people. :'-) Steven universe is very, very dear to my heart already, and I know it will be as long as I live. It has all of this sincerity and life in it that makes it so you can just SEE all of the love that's been poured into it by everyone working on its creation. It deals with more complex issues than you might think you'd be getting from a show that runs 11 minutes per episode, and it does it phenomenally. I'll always be impressed (and maybe also still a little bit surprised) by how much emotional depth they manage to communicate with that time! There have also been several scenes in this season that capture a quiet...understated sort of peacefulness that's too beautiful and simple for me to re-capture here in this review. Believe me, you'd be doing yourself a favor to introduce yourself (or anyone else) to it!! And supporting the creators of this wonderful thing..Score: 5/5
5 star show, but the episodes are drastically out of order on iTunesThe show is excellent, but if you try watching the episodes in the order they are presented on iTunes, you will be spoiled on crucial plot points before receiving all of the information to understand them. It's entirely nonsensical, not even matching air dates for episodes that premiered out of order on television. Episodes are presented in this order: 1. 27/28 2. 31/32 3. 29/30 4. 33/34 5. 35/36 6. 37/38 7. 39/40 8. 45/49 9. 51/52 10. 53/50 11. 46/54 12. 41/42 13. 43/44 Episodes 51/52 are the official Season 2 finale. Episodes 42 and 44 are particularly misplaced, as they contain information relevant to episodes leading up to the finale, as well as the finale itself. But there is no way of knowing this without looking up the correct episode list on a wiki site, which should be entirely unnecessary..Score: 4/5

EPISODES OUT OF ORDERThis is a show with significant continuity. It is not acceptable to pay $25 for this and have the episodes be out of order. This is why people pirate tv. I am very disappointed. New FavoriteI really enjoyed season one. At first it seemed like it was just a light-hearted cartoon with a feel-good moral lesson at the end of each episode. However, toward the end, it jested a very deep, underlying story (don’t want to ruin it for anyone). Season two was is very much desired follow up, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store.
