Thank youThank you so much to the man who made this film. Though it wasn’t my favorite documentary, it had a pop feel to it that would keep any kids attention, which I think is fabulous. We all need to be made more aware of not only how unhealthy sugar is for our bodies, but for our minds. Seeing the lead of the movie slowly puff up, exhibit hyper behaviors & depressive states that I have seen in myself (even though I have always eaten “healthy”) is a great reminder to everyone that cutting out sugar can make us better, happier people, which is even more important than the size of our waistlines, in my opinion..Score: 5/5

Worth every minute!I went into this already knowing processed foods and hidden sugars were a menace but this really brought it home! The visuals, both of the foods and the physiological changes, were incredible. Sine I am primarily a visual learner, this was a huge step towards freedom from the sugar cycle! Life ChangingAs a parent, you can certainly try to tell your kids to make good eating choices and stay away from sugar, but nothing will rock the world of your teenager more than sitting through this documentary. My son literally sat watching it with his mouth agape, got up afterwards and announced that he was through with sugar forever. That’s how strongly the message comes through. Filmed with vibrant color and peppered with humor and easy to understand facts, this movie truly resonants and has already changed the way our family looks at their diet.
