After a long day, the entire staff is waiting for a truck to deliver new Cloud 9 signage that they'll have to hang throughout the store by morning. Everyone has somewhere to be, tensions are running high and it's only made worse when Glenn (Mark McKinney) announces that the truck is delayed and they're in for a long night. With hours to kill in an empty Cloud 9, our gang finds themselves bonding in the most unusual and creative ways....

Awesome Show!!!I used to work in a superstore, and watching the show really brings back memories. The break room meetings, the team cheers before a shift, the friendships And antics behind the scene; it all comes back and brings a smile. There's stuff that happens in Cloud 9 that could never happen in a real Superstore; you'd get fired. (Lol!) But it's just fun and entertaining to see the show play with those ideas. I love all the characters; each one has heart, and that's something that I really dig. It makes me think of all the people I worked with before, and how each person had a story of their own. Can't wait to see the next episode!.Score: 5/5
Unrealistic BUT Hilarious!!!I don't think the creators or writers have ever worked a day in there lives at a superstore because most of the pilot was unrealistic, However I really enjoyed it and was laughing in tears, for a moment with the robbery turned flash mob I was like oh no this is stupid but they turned it around make it a great Pilot. There is nothing wrong with being realistic or not a show is determined by whether you like it or not and I loved it! Can't wait to watch more episodes..Score: 5/5
Superstore stars!This show is fun, irreverent and laugh out loud funny. Each episode gets better. Kudos to the casting director for finding such unique and interesting actors. Bleh...I see where this series was going in the pilot. It was an attempt to emulate the Dane Cook movie with a similar plot at a Costco like store. I just couldn't find enough interest in either the characters or the direction of the show... What was done well by Dane Cook failed here....Score: 2/5
