NOT The COMPLETE SeriedThis release does NOT contain the original pilot episode, The Cage. Every physical release of the series has included it and all the streaming services do, too. To my knowledge it has never been available on iTunes. This is false advertising, no two ways about it. Also, iTunes has never offered The Animated Series either, so itâs impossible to own all the filmed Star Trek content through them..Score: 1/5

It's ok but...It's ok but why isn't the unaltered original 3 seasons also available as a complete series purchase? The seasons alone (original and remastered) are $35 each, but this complete set (remastered only) is $25. Yet no set for the unaltered originals. Not to mention the pilot episode is missing. It is a key piece in the canon especially now with Strange New Worlds featuring Capt Pike..Score: 1/5
Complete Official SeriesPeople are complaining that itâs missing âThe Cage.â But that was a rejected pilot and is not part of the official series. Most of the footage from this episode was used in the two part âThe Menagerie.â So people need to get over the exclusion of the unofficial pilot. Great!There's a mild glitch I'd like to report. Season 2, Episode 17 at 3:40, when the camera zooms in to the man with the gun, the screen freezes for a brief moment. This error occurs on my laptop and on my iPhone. Please fix this. Aside from that, this version of the series is great! To the people looking to buy this, it's fantastic! Ignore the guy from 2018 who wants to see The Cage. That episode didn't even air until the 80's, and nearly the entire episode aired within the Original Series in an epiosde called "The Menagerie," which is in this digital set. This collection is complete. And the picture quality is great! I also love the new visual effects for the space shots. It's a great upgrade..Score: 5/5
2nd time I had to re purchase the HD seriesI originally owned the SD version back as my 1st purchase with my Apple TV (1st Gen) 160GB model. Fast forward to Apple TV (3rd Gen) and the series was remastered with HD. Purchase individually $10 each season. Fast forward again to current time and it shows my library shows owing only remastered but NOT the HD version!?... the STTOS remastered was in HD, just like SW the Clone Wars. 1080p release then rebranded HD version and I donât own the set either. 1 star for changing SKU that shows customer donât own that version. Itâs digital industry way of Double dibbing itâs releases. Adding CC option to newer version that previous didnât have. Therefore not showing customer owns it..Score: 1/5
Missing-IncompleteAs noted by other ST fans & consumers. This release is missing the first pilot âThe Cageâ. Massively frustrating and incomplete. I would have otherwise given it 5 Stars. This remaster is conscientious and concise. Itâs modern(ish) without denigrating the original. Crisp Clean with no Caffeine..Score: 3/5

Finally!For Star Trek fans, this is a must-have. Get the HD version, and see it better than your originally saw on TV. Not recognising purchasesNormally when you buy several episodes it deducts the price from the complete season. Here on iTunes it only allows you to buy things from series 1 & 2, not series 3 for some reason. So it is offering nothing off if I want to access series 3 by buying it all. That is simply not fair as it is forcing repurchases..Score: 2/5
