NO DELTA FORCE?Great Show! Really fun to watch, but No Delta Force? Why? Delta force is the Army's most hardcore Special Force. They are tougher then the Navy Seals! That was a mini let down, because I have had the honor to workout with Members of Delta, and there was a 95% failure rate. That was tough, and I had to workout with the Rangers as a ROTC Cadet. Any way I'm getting off topic now. Great show, really interesting, buy it..Score: 4/5

GREAT SHOW!!!!!!!This is a very good show that I would definitely recommend to anyone who is curios about one weapon that they have used in a video game before ( call of duty 4, splinter cell etc...) or seen in a modern tv show or movie. It tells about modern and short future weapons, so even if you just want to find about one gun, you will instantly be hooked. I know many people (including me) choose what they buy by its popularity and number of reviews. Well obviously this one has neither, but why not spend 2 bucks on one episode? You like it, you buy more, you dont like it, you dont buy anymore, pretty simple. Thanks for reading and I have some other great reviews for other shows and a really detailed review on Prison Break with the nickname Lifeguardsrcool..Score: 4/5

DisappointingHaving never seen any episodes from the Weaponology series, and as a former SF trooper, I decided to try Green Berets to form my opinion of the series. Based on the Green Berets episode alone, I have to say I'm very disappointed-- it could have been a great episode. The history that is provided is somewhat inaccurate, the same video clips are reran numerous times, too much emphasis is placed on a minor (though unique) period of time at SFQC ("Q Course") involving the Robin Sage FTX, and the interviews are all of former SF personnel, who can only provide perspectives that are out of date. Some of these same personnel are also providing personal opinions (of weapons and other matters) that don't reflect ASOC doctrine or training (as I've experienced or read it). Why didn't the producers/director contact Army or SOCOM Public Affairs to get interviews with current personnel? I've been out of the SF loop for a few yerars, but I know that Army SF has underwent many changes just in the last several years, not just since 9/11. Based on this one episode, I think I'll pass on the remaining episodes of the Weaponology series. BTW: the video game graphics, which are far too common in this episode, are a crappy substitute for actual film coverage..Score: 1/5

American weaponology at its finestThe military channel takes you behind the lines to show you the latest in weaponology and advances in technology. As a branch of the discovery channel, their coverage is very exclusive and suberb. As a weapon enthusiast I quite enjoy being able to take a look at the United States Military's newest creations. Pretty GoodA good show, it explores the history of weapons and units. As a weapons enthusiast, I found most content accurate, but they skipped over many important issues concerning the units and firearms they showed. Some of the information was inaccurate, and it doesn't really show much, relying on rapid scenes and useless dialogue. On the whole, recommended for an ameteur or non-enthusiast, but if you really know weapons, then you'll have a few frustrating and disappointing moments when they make errors..Score: 3/5
