This show is interesting but...The show is very interesting, I can't wait for the new season in fact, but, the sad thing is its all sketched out. In almost every episode Kelly decides she'll leave but comes back because "the kids couldn't stand being without it" or "Brooke decided she hates cheering". Besides Kelly, Melissa seems unrealistic for a mother of two young girls(9 and 7). She makes mothers seem untastful and inconsiderate and I doubt she starts a scene each day. Nia's mother, Holly, isn't that staged looking to me. Either is Christi! But, here's the hurtful thing, Abby isn't half as bad as people say she is in real life. All of the girls are probably great friends with their "mean" dancing coach. Maddie is made out to be this "I am perfect", "I hate everyone who gets in my way" bully. She's not! You here her, she's 9, she can't control Abby, Melissa, or anybody else's feelings about her successes at competitions. She is a tasteful, kind, young girl and "Dance Moms" may just break that. Here is the other thing, Chloe and Maddie are always set up to be in a one-against-one position. Also, not true! "Dance Moms" producers cut off the competitions where Chloe wins against Maddie, so on the episode Maddie fell it looks REALLY bad for her—not cool. Plus, Brooke didn't quit dancing for cheerleading, she had to take some days off for the opportunity to be on a cheer team, which she decided not to be. This was not meant to harm or hurt, a) Maddie, Nia, Chloe, Brooke, or any other girls on the show. b) Melissa, Kelly, Abby, or any moms/coaches. c) any producers behind the scenes "Dance Moms" may not be real, but it continues to entertain billions, and that's what TV is for!.Score: 4/5
